Here for hockey showcase. Super friendly and helpful staff. Helped guide us when the lot was over full because of the concert this weekend. Always a smiling face and offering help if we looked lost. Never heard the other guests, quiet and restful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I booked through Booking.com and got a much better rate. When I went to extend our stay, they couldn’t offer me that same rate so I had to rebook on booking.com again. I noticed another place that we’re headed to next has a ‘check rate’ feature on their website. Their own site has by far the best rate!

Annoying noise of rooms doors in corridor. The noise of doors was something like sound of emergency exit doors. Several times I woke up by this noise in early morning and other rest times.

With the hotel full, parking was at a premium. A few uncourteous guests hogged the 4 EV spots all night and well into the morning. Hotel management were indifferent to the situation. Weird and oddly loud plumbing noises between rooms, seemingly lacking some wall insulation. The service for breakfast in a 1/3 filled restaurant on a long weekend was extremely slow.

Clearly it is new and many aspects are excellent. Great location. Comfortable king size bed. Well laid out and spacious room. Friendly staff. Generally quiet. Nice option to dine on the roof or just off the lobby.

I was disappointed as I had been under the understanding from the website that there was a breakfast provided. Instead breakfast was available at the restaurant off the lobby for a fee. I pick my hotels based on is there a breakfast.

This new modern hotel saved on some facilities: the rooms are cold, the bathroom is the coldest place in the room, the shower has 8 water spots which makes terrible the process of washing long hair! It’s totally inappropriate for kids. And we did not like the pool - no hot tub or sauna, no shower facilities… not great during cold season again

It was nice. It’s new.

This is a new hotel. The staff were nice. My complaints are with the company and policies. $400 per night for a very marginal room. Probably the worst in the hotel. No cleaning service- nothing like paying that price and coming back to no clean cups or refreshed coffee or towels. Terrible parking- could not find parking in the lot. I get you have staff shortages but people go to a hotel to not return to a dirty room! Your chain not providing the complimentary breakfast at those prices - is a deal breaker.

I thought when I booked it at booking .com there is a free breakfast included on the price of the room . And that was dissappointing. When we asked the reception there is no free breakfast included.

I like it when they give us the higher floor with a nice mountain view. The bed is comfy and the room is clean. But too expensive for they won’t offer a free breakfast for their guest only the coffee is free.
