Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe front desk person during check in wasnt understanding. our first time staying was in Aug 2024. We never got charged a damage deposit & she caught me off guard with it. We paid top dollar for the best room. It should have a way better mattress then a basic one. The kitchen could have basic utensils & a water boil jug for tea.

CanadaThey said pool and hot tub were closed for renovation, but it didn’t look like they were doing anything. There was water in both and no construction or anything obvious. After a long drive we had been looking forward to a hot tub and specifically chose that hotel over one that didn’t have a hot tub. The mattress were HORRIBLE! I’m not typically fussy, but they were so soft that it was impossible to be comfortable, the bed literally collapsed beneath you. Other than that everything was fine.

CanadaThe main prestige has a big pool, and this location does not. We were not informed about the comp breakfast.... Blankets in the king suits need to be upgraded. They are flat and ripped. Mattress in King Suits should be better than regular rooms. Room 320- When u flush the toilet, you can hear it from the tub
Our intention was to book at the original Prestige hotel, not this location. I had booked an executive suit but this location doesn't have one. Manager was great and gave us an upgrade for 1 night.

CanadaI should have taken it as a sign that when i was signing in there was other checking out and asking for their money back. At the time of my stay they were doing renos and the pool was closed, Fridge did not work but was replaced, parts of moldings falling off wall. Manager was rude when dealing with her. Manger refused to refund me my funds when I wanted to stay at another hotel. Even thought i had not used the bed and I was ready to leave after being there an hour. The window covers need to be replaced since They let way too much light in to the room and made it hard for me to go to sleep since it was brought in the room. Other guest were complaining since their A/C in the room did not work.
Checking out was quick in the morning. Maintenance person was good to deal with and friendly.
