Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Towels and counter tops and garbage was changed every other day, but only once in my week stay there was visible floor cleaning and change of bed sheets.
The bed was super comfy and the room had many seating and table options. Although I opted out of breakfast, there was a coffee/tea bar every morning between 6-8am which was wonderful to take on my way out for the day. The pool and whirlpool were bigger than most hotels, with towels available, and I was able to relax and swim some short lengths comfortably. The gym had enough equipment, towels, water, and a/c to enjoy 24hrs. The mini fridge and microwave in the room allowed for ease of ordering in or having some left overs to eat during my long stay. There were many eating options close enough to walk to around the area.

Not much...except the total bill at the end!
Classy and spacious property with amenities that allowed the 3 generations of our family to have some fun-filled time off from the volleyball court action at the Nationals where our team ended with amazing results!! Thank you for Four Points for being a part of that!

Bar top for a drink, it’s cluttered and very unwelcoming…. Cluttered is still being nice, I’m by myself and I want bar top, almost a deal breaker for next time

The pillows on the beds were very poor, no form or shape, much too soft which gave no support to our necks. They need to be replaced. The staff cleaning bathroom had trouble with giving us two facecloths each morning, even after writing a note requesting them still had trouble coming up with Two facecloths. Disappointed with the lack of free breakfast which was promised when we booked this location. Discovered it applied to only one person and not a couple and covered only a small portion of the breakfast menu. As a result we ate only once in the restaurant for breakfast during our time there and only once for dinner.
The room was very clean and quiet and spacious. Good closet and drawer spaces for clothes. The meal we had at the restaurant located in the hotel was very good with great service from the wait staff. Same kind of great service when we had breakfast there.

My breakfast buffet eggs were ice cold when I got to the table. Not worth the price I paid at all.

Minor details, but it would be nice to have a TV capable of screen mirroring. Or casting.
Rooms are very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was warm, and the hot tub was hot! My superduty also fit underground just barely !

Coin operated washing machines in a time where people don't use cash anymore? I had to take money out of the ATM as staff refused to put a few extra dollars on my room account. The exchange rates were as high as my washing costs and I am left with the leftover CAN $ that are costing me again to convert.
Nice hotel in a good location near shops and the highway. Friendly staff and good food

The beds and pillows were super comfy. The location was quiet and you could open the window for some fresh air. we also appreciated having the small fridge and the microwave in tue room.
