Construction was constant from 7:00 a.m - 5:00 p..m. As well as 24 hrs Friday night. Building Condos across the street- there was blasting as well. They rent out their roof top patio on weekends so there’s partying all night- guests cannot access roof top patio when there’s private functions.

There were a group of Hockey teams staying in the hotel. Kids running around making noise late at night, and early in the morning. I complained to the manager, but it did not to make any difference. I had other guests complained about the same thing. The swimming pool was not available because too many kids were in there yelling and screaming, and only one parent chaperoning who did not seem to care of the noise. I couldn't even use the swimming pool. An employee came to see the noise in the swimming pool, but he did nothing to stop the yelling.

Breakfast was great, and the location was alright.

Only con was I think the light bulb by the bed was on the verge of dying. It kept blacking out then turning on a bit later. It was the one closest to the second bed in Room 105.

There was hardly anyone in the hotel, and yet I was put in one of the worst rooms, right next to an incredibly noisy ice machine. Poor service and not smart. Secondly there was no option to turn off the heat in the room, which also had a very noisy fan. I would be reluctant to go back.

Very nice staff and service at the restaurant by both server and chef was fantastic. Food was very good.

We booked this hotel for the pool!!!! It was our Christmas gift to our kids, to stay in a nice hotel with a pool. Sadly, upon arrival, with no notice, we were told the pool was closed due to maintenance issues. We would have stayed at a hotel near the venue we had tickets to had we known...

No microwave in the room made heating food up a little uncomfortable as we had to go down to the lobby every time. The entry into the hotel is a bit unsafe when coming from the bottom of the hill, coordinating that with the city might be helpful.

The staff were very welcoming and ready to help and accommodate us wherever needed. The property was well kept and clean as well with all necessary amenities like the hot tub, pool and gym as well as free parking.

it was in a great location for us. The restaurant is really good. The swimming pool and hot tub are wonderful most importantly, The staff were plentiful and all were so helpful and positive. we were there for 3 days before and after my wife’s major surgery. The hotel couldn’t be better to help us through this tough time.

quality of food at inhouse restaurant was poor.Coffee stn in the morning in lobby was luke warm.. It was a windy night and the sound of wind howled in the hallways and room making for a sleepless night.Not sure why this was. Called staff but they didnt know why as well.possibly coming through vents we were told.

When we came with an infant, it’s minimum requirement to provide a room which has bath tub rather standing door. Also it weird to not see a microwave in our room..

The beds were harder than I like, but I don’t like hard beds.

Everything was excellent. We unfortunately had a short stay because we had a death in the family. the staff & manager took care of everything so we didn’t have to worry. We also left a jacket on our stay and the Hotel let us know how to easily get it shipped back to us. Would definitely stay here again!

I wish the pool is open a little late or 24/7 as my son loves swimming!

The location is perfect! If you’re hungry Costco is close by and there are a lot of restaurants nearby that you can go for dinner. Pool and gym you can enjoy too. Not even 45 mins to all the popular places in Victoria. I highly recommend this place.
