The staff! The guy at the front desk hassled me so hard over my ids when they were clearly the same person. I was almost denied service because these morons couldn’t scan my ids to see that they are real. After this both my room keys stopped work so I was locked out the room. I went back to the front desk to get my keys fixed but the next guy needed to see id which I had LOCKED IN MY ROOM. Just felt the the staff was so unhelpful and disrespectful towards me and the worst is nobody tried to make things right!

Parking is ridiculous and people should be forewarned of their parking situation so I wouldn't have wasted my time and went through the frustration I went through just to find somewhere to park and go rest . The staff are arrogant and confrontational - you can tell that they are frustrated due to the volume of people/busy area , but that is 0 excuse to work a customer relations type job with these 2 tendencies mentioned above .I will NEVER return to this hotel even if it was free .

First off..the reception when i checked in told me she hoped i didnt bring 20 people back to party and be loud, which was quite odd and honestly..quite offensive. My wife and I were in town for a show at the local casino . Was told we would have parking at the hotel when we returned later that night. Ended up having to be a block away from the hotel parked in a city parkade at 1am in the snow and cold because there was no parking available. Staff told me specifically there would be parking and "wouldn't need to worry about that" when I checked in. Night staff was very rude and didn't seem to care about having me park a block away and said that it was first come first serve for parking. Something I was NOT told when I checked in. We left before 9am to find something else. We willl never go back to this motel and would not recommend to any one.

I booked for 4 ppl and they only put enough tea and coffee for 2. The pillows are crap and i asked for more to be sent up to be told we will try and nothing was sent up. The parking is isn't great underground. The lady checking us out was not pleasant. The elevators were an issue.

Because it was situated in the downtown party block and it's Windsor, it was too noisy and people were passed out left and right. The bass from the pubs and clubs could be felt in the room. There were random cars revving throughout the road. Finally, the tight PAID ($15 CAD+taxes/night) parking spaces were difficult to place the car into and NO breakfast.

The location was very convenient to go out for a walk to the Riverside and had some convenience stores nearby. It was literally in the middle of the downtown party block.

the property took it upon themselves to cancel the booking without contacting me. when we arrived later, there was no longer our room type available and we had to have a room with two queen beds instead. I’m very disappointed that this happened.

The area didn’t feel particularly safe, I know that has nothing to do with the hotel but the downtown core was full of people who were not of sound mind.

The interior was clean and it was well situated near local bars and restaurants.
