You hear everything in this hotel. If you are looking for a hotel with soundproofing, this is not it. We heard noises throughout the whole night. They also don’t have black out blinds?? So weird for a hotel, let alone a nicer one like this. Room was so bright in the morning and you have to turn off the light if you want to change (or go to the bathroom) as people walking outside can see in when it’s dark out.

I love the beds here, they are SO comfortable. The hot tub is so fun, it feels like you are in a mountain cave hot tub! Staff is great and I love that Chilli’s is attached to the hotel.

The bedroom, is small, the shower is dirty, the pillow isn’t comfortable. The sheets had holes.

The bed wasn’t super comfortable, the bedding wasn’t great ( just a very thin duvet ( no cover ) only sheets . There isn’t a lot of parking so it’s first come first serve.

The room was cute and nicely decorated ( small but sufficient ) the grotto is really nice

Great stay as always. The hotel now covers Banff transit passes for guests, they didn't tell us at check in but found out the second night and it came handy for quicker access to downtown.

I believe that the sofa-bed needs to be replaced, it is not comfortable.

Some inconveniences in using the spa. First of all there is no access to it inside the building, you have to walk through the inner yard in any weather. In our case it was -10 C (14F). Obviously we had to wear some clothes. On the first day we couldn’t use the spa because first we had to get cash and change money in order to have 25 cents to use the locker in spa changing room. Lockers were tiny, not much you can place there. Bathrobes are not available. Check in was after 4 pm. Which is weird since check in is at 11 am.

We absolutely detested the bedroom situation. Very small room, the beds even smaller for four adults sharing. We had a difficult time getting ready in the mornings with all our snow gear and suitcases having no place to stay put. We had a suitcase by the bathroom door and another at the front door!

We loved the decor and the closeness of the hotel to the town center. The staff were accomdating and friendly. The food at the hotel restaurant was the best we had from all the restaurants from the town center. We also loved the bathroom products, shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash so much that we went and brought a bunch from the local Rocky Mountain Body Store!

The pillows were overstuffed/super thick. In our unit, there was an over the toilet shelf that extended 8 inches/20 cm out over the toilet, so that you had to lean forward when using the facilities or risk whacking your head. There was ample room for the shelf on the opposite wall, so we’re not sure what the installers were thinking.

The onsite restaurant was excellent. The cave hot pool was fun to do once. The wooden beams and accents gave the place a warm and inviting ambience. The suite was comfortable and cozy.

Could have used coffee in our room on the 2nd day.

Two bedroom suite was lovely. Two balconies and the amenities - toaster, fridge, microwave, plates - that made it a comfortable stay.
