Not much to say … but I guess if I had to nitpick I would have liked a couch in the room.

Every staff person was delightful and went out of their way to make my stay perfect. Room was large and comfortable and very quiet. Excellent location.

there is nothing i did not like.

just on the fringe of tourist central - quick walk to the sites and activities but far enough way to not be bothered by the crowds. in between two metro stations, lots of food choices and shopping. the staff are attentive, friendly and engaged.

The pillows were a little too soft for me, and sank quite a bit through the night. In saying that, this may not be an issue for many - my neck issues mean I have very specific pillow needs :) It would have been nice to have tea, and some milk, in addition to the complimentary coffee

The rooms are very dark! Even with all the lights on, it was very dimly lit and difficult to work from the room. Valet parking cost of $42/day is steep!

The staff are incredible here. The service touch points were excellent and the breakfast every morning was very good! The location itself is great for exploring Montreal.

The staff were just phenomenal. We arrived early and they organised to have us into the room in no time, coffee and tea while we waited. They were all very helpful with the baby. Just really very friendly and helpful all round.

Some of the furniture had seen better days. No plugs for the phone near the bed. Temperature control wasn't great.

Our room was very large and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. We were only able to stay for one night, but we really liked this place and would return.

Room had a few minor mechanical issues in bathroom, nothing major but should be in perfect shape for this scale of hotel. Not a fan of the duvet and weighted blanket in place of sheets.

There isn't anything I didn't like. The price was high but I chose the fancy room and wasn't looking for value--I was looking for a special experience for our anniversary and Hotel Gault delivered!

Gorgeous hotel!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was our 25th anniversary and they left a sweet note and chocolate--so thoughtful. The room was a beautiful corner suite--highly recommend the splurge! They had a great wine selection at the hotel. It's walkable to many restaurants and shops. Valet parking made it easy to travel with a car.
