We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe odd thing was when we were in the bistro and ordered nachoes. We received the order but no napkins, forks or small plate. We were expected to eat with our fingers which was very strange. Perhaps this was how we were supposed to eat the nachoes. I would have understood if the chips were big but they were covered with all the ingrediants.
Very Friendly reception that was quick and no hassle. Direction to room was right on. The Room was very comfortable and everything we needed included in the room, like coffee maker, cream, shampoo, hand soap and hair dryer to name a few. Also Boot Warmer, which was an added plus especially in the winter months.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are comfortable, food is good. Most importantly it has fantastic access to the national park and very knowledgeable guides.

United StatesUnfortunately the central system that does not allow guests to adjust the temperature in the room is dysfunctional. The heat was on, the air conditioner was on at the other side of the room and we asked 4 times for them to stop it, it will automatically restart after a few minutes. Eventually some maintenance person figured out a hack. We would have stayed a third night but after two nights we had enough.
