I would have liked a pet refund as my little pup does not shed nor did she create a mess in the room and we picked up after her outside. Wished the hot tub had been working.

No problem with late check out. Loved the pillow selection and comfy mattress.

When reservation made asked for ground floor was told it would be no problem. We were put on the 2nd floor.

1.hot tub 2. Room was way to warm 25"c couldn't control air conditioner 3. The electric socket in the bathroom didn't work 4. Very dark room higher watage bulbs needed 5. I thought the room would be total 133.00 and to my surprise it was 150

It was sufficient. It was clean however The air conditioner was noisy. The hot tub was not working and the pool very small.

I was constantly disturbed by the family in room 125 adjacent to my room. They constantly slammed the room door day and night, multiple times within minutes of each other 😡😡😡Dylan explained it away as a door being hard to open or close and it was a family of the local contractors in town. There were three girls from age 10 and up with the parents. I told him that the door opened and closed just fine. These guests chose to be rude and disruptive. I certainly didn’t enjoy my stay for two nights anticipating to be disturbed day or night! I will pay the extra money and stay at the Ramada Inn or Super 8 hotel in town on my next trip. I travel up to Alberta several times a year from Bozeman.

The little fridge did not have a freezer on top, all my frozen food thawed out. The exhaust fan in bathroom was so loud, high pitched squeak, needs replacing.I let front desk know and it being Friday evening, maintenence didn't get to it on the weekend. Hot tub was out of service and drained. The room was dark, 2 lights in full room, no windows to outside. Price of room was more than we usually pay , do to we got booked later and very few accomadations available to book at.

Free hot breakfast. Beds where very comfortable . Nice and quiet in room. Good location,

It’s not a motel where you drive up to your door, more like a 2 storey hotel. Although clean, it’s pretty old. Room lights are extremely dim, there’s no handicap button pin the main doors or auto open for when you’re bringing in luggage. I had to call for a quick repair on the toilet as the handle didn’t work.

The location was great, and a restaurant attached.

The hotel is quite dated, and the rooms could use some upgrading, and better towels. The carpet should have been vacuumed before and during our stay. Not as clean as it could be.

The breakfast at this hotel was excellent, cooked to order in the restaurant. Delicious eggs, pancakes, etc. The beds were very comfortable.

The room was next to the pool and smelt like chlorine. It was dark and I didn't open the curtains because the window looked over the pool. I could hear the people in the pool until it closed
