The location is a bit far from city if by public transportation. You will need a car to get around as there are no shops close by and only one bus in the area.

The house is clean, bed is comfortable, staff is friendly.

Clean and fairly quiet. Bathroom needs a bit of maintenance ie loose toilet seat, broken tp holder. Being an upstairs bedroom, it was warm all evening despite the window being wide open.

The property was advertised as having full kitchen facilities, but there was no stove. There was a kettle, microwave, toaster, rice cooker and small plug in oven (for toasties and warming things). We had to cook our pasta in the kettle. Would have been fine if it had been properly advertised.

They don't have a washer/dryer in the house, but you can pay to get your laundry done, which is okay considering the price. Oh, and the fridge needs some freshening up.

The neighbourhood is pretty chill and calm, and the bed is soft and comfy, so you're guaranteed a good night's sleep. The ensuite bathroom is definitely a standout feature of the place. Although there's a bus stop within a 5-minute walk, it's still a bit of a trek to get downtown. It's probably best to have a car if you want to make the most of your stay, especially during colder weather.

Everything is good. Convenient location. Room was clean and tidy. Spacious. Just two downsides i see. It's nice if you can put a soap or bodywash in the bathroom and toothpaste and some toothbrushs too. These were not mentioned in the add as not included with the room. Usually most places keep these things. Other than that It's a good place to stay

Can't remember anything bothering me.

The sofa in the living room, the carpet on the way to the porch. It was quiet. Everything needed is no more than a 10 min drive. There was enough room for my truck in the street to park. It was clean all the way to the room and inside. Could see two black squirrels running over the neighbours roof in the morning.

Because some ethnic groups stay here, they don't pay attention to hygiene. The whole house has a strange smell, the mattress is uncomfortable, and the sheets and pillows are unclean.

The location is far from the display address. It takes 1.5km to go to the supermarket, and the kitchen only has a microwave oven.

it's clean and quiet. In winter, the sun shines into the room for half a day, making it feel very comfortable. in front of the large glass window in the living room, looking at the street and the roof is very nice.

Liked how the host communicated with me and made sure I was okay, I had an overnight flight so I came in a lil earlier but he responded appropriately. Modern and clean room, toilet is sparkling.

I arrived late at night. I struggled to find the house number and it is a residential area. I felt uncomfortable moving around and getting closer to buildings just to know the house number. I suggest to put automatic lights closer to the house number or put a sign on the curbside.

The host kindly has upgraded my room to the private bath one! I had prompt responses from them when I asked questions during my stay. Location is excellent. Price was big bonus for this place.

Housekeeping left the wrong key on the table so we locked ourselves out. Was resolved quickly though. Shower mat was a curtain of some sorts. No bath stop.

Good value. Comfy bed. Spacious room. Good water pressure and nice hot water. The kitchen downstairs is nice, although it could use some more cutlery. Bus stop is a 4 minutes walk.

No AC! Although heat waves may be rare, it would have been nice to have the house or room cooled but the AC was disabled (or perhaps there is none?) The kitchen stove has no power. For someone staying any length of time you get a toaster oven and coffee maker.

I had a rental car so getting there and back to the city was OK, otherwise you are looking at a long ride on public transport. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is lots of free common space for relaxing.
