You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaThe room had a terrible humming sound that went on 24 hours a day. Hard to sleep with the loud sound. Our cold water was shut off. Luckily my husband knew how to turn it on. Was told I was getting a view of the falls only to discover we were staring at a wall out the window. Absolutely no view of anything.

CanadaIt was frustrating that although we chose a digital check in, I still had to line up in the insanely long line to check in as it said I needed ID verification. We also paid for a kind suite with US Fallsview and the view was from one tiny corner of our room. Completely misleading and disappointing really. You pay extra money to view the falls and then it’s like a tiny corner view. Disappointing. It’s also ridiculous that they increase the parking rate on weekends to $80 vs $35. That’s just completely gauging your guests because it’s the weekend. Brutal really. I don’t think I’ll ever return. I prefer the Marriott for value for my money.
Easy location to get to. Attached to lots of attractions and things to do around the area. Walking distance to most things. Parking was simple but costly.

Spoke to reception about my account, they said it hasn’t been debited yet over 400 dollars taken out and I don’t believe it will automatically go back in so I will have to email about this again. Hidden costs with parking- it states parking is free in booking, turn up to a 50 dollar fee!

CanadaOther than spending $50 on parking 2mins away from the hotel and bus back by shuttle not having our vehicle from check in and out was very upsetting.. beds were kinda hard in the king suite, very expensive for 1 night.

CanadaSeem to always have issues with hot tubs....2 visits ago we had our tub fill up with yellow dirty water and got moved to another room. Our last visit we had problems with the water temperature as it would take over 15mins to go from cold to hot or vise versa.
Hotel was clean and had a nice view from room and was happy the casino was so close.
