Room was large, location was great and the free breakfast was excellent. All the staff we met were friendly and nice to deal with. Pool and waterslide were really fun for our family! Would definitely stay here again.

the property was clean and easy to find. the hotel was very close to everything that you needed during your stay or even if you were just travelling through. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

hi its a family tour for the wedding cermony we booked it for 3 nights and spent 600$ amlost . no one care about the cleaning we have 10 month baby with us we requested to make and clean our room on second day they just make on bed nothing else that they did only to call them to make our room. its redicilous service we recieved very bad visit.

Because we stayed 2 nights maid did not touch room. We were told at checking if we needed anything to call. Very poor service for the price. Have stayed other places and they do come in to clean up you do not have to request it. We were gone all day for hockey. Not impressed!

the rooms were very loud. you could hear every footstep from the room above you and the hallway noise came right into the room. any door that closed made a loud banging noise, i had trouble sleeping.

i liked the location and overall appearance of the hotel. the lobby is spacious and it has a pool. the breakfast area is large with plenty of seating

Someone in the room across the hallway started cooking a very strong smelling food at 3:30 am. The smell woke us up and still smelled very bad in that end of the hallway when we checked out at 9am the next morning. Told the manager in the morning so they were aware of the situation and she seemed very unconcerned about it.

The water was extremely cold. Evening and morning when set at hot, it took more than 5 minutes to become warm!!!!!

Receptionist was lovely but completely swamped by an unreasonable workload at check in. Wait times to check in were nearly an hour with a line up of many many people waiting to check in. The receptionist did their best but at around 5pm there needs to be more staffing on the reception desk. Conversely the following morning there were 4 people working at reception and no one in sight waiting go for their services. Staffing levels are planned incorrectly.

Very uncomfortable bed, extremely lumpy pillows (they felt like they were old and separating), only two pillows, two thin sheets, the pool had an excessive amount of chlorine and there were only a few channels on the tv.

Check out day the hotel had a terrible smell on a couple of the floors. We notified the front desk. The fire station should have been called but they chose to ignore it. We had to remove our grand daughter because she was coughing so bad due to the odor. It was minus 40 and for the safety of the guests fire should have been called to make sure it wasn't dangerous.

The coffee machine was broken for half the time. The room was a little smaller than expected. TV guide did not coincide with the available channels.

Exercise room and equipment. The breakfasts were great. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The breakfast area was quite small and the food was not replenished fast enough. There wasn't much variety of food.

As a family of 4 with teenage sons we liked the large room and comfortable beds. It was also quiet. The boys enjoyed the pool.

The room smelt terrible, wasn’t very clean to begin with. The lady at the desk when we arrived must have been done for the day because she was wicked rude to both myself and her fellow staff person in front of us

The hotel was filthy. Hair in the bathtub, had to get cleaning staff up to clean, there was still hair in tub after they cleaned it. Floor at check in and elevator was filthy. Would not recommend this place.

Very noisy. The building must be poorly constructed as we clearly heard the sound of water from adjacent room/s whenever someone showered or flushed and footsteps from above.

pool/hottub we’re not functioning (we specifically booked this hotel because it had a hottub. nowhere in booking was there an indication that it was not functioning.). Our room smelled like someone dumped a bottle of cologne in it. The sink was plugged and gross stuff came up as it slowly drained.
