They had no wifi, and it was after 8 pm, so they couldn't check me in. Gentleman behind front desk kept saying give it 5 minutes. 1/2 hour later, still no wifi and same story to give it 5 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes with a few phone calls to hotel and same 5 minute story I got fed up, called booking.com and they canceled reservation as front desk couldn't even bother to write my name down so when his wifi was back on he could note the reason I canceled room as I didn't feel I should be charged due to their not being able to check me in. This was also affecting other people trying to check in while I was there. This hotel needs to put something in place as this isn't the first time wifi was down, as I've stayed there before.

The pool area was old and not very well maintained. The pool temperature was a little cool. You have to go outside to go for breakfast

The entire building was in disrepair. At first glance it appeared to be abandoned. Inside was dated, all taps were dripping, bathtub took hours to drain, curled linoleum, hot tub cemented over. Continental breakfast was toast, and juice in open jugs.

There was hair on the mattress in the bathtub they were not ours. I close the door on a piece of the wood frame pull off the carpets were dirty and smelled.

It is definitely geared towards work crews and not luxury minded travelers. Minimal and basic anemities with a continental breakfast. Coffee was passable, which quickly ran out. Considering it was a 10 to 14 cup urn. The breakfast area was a conference room with barely enough room for a wheelchair and the guests were on top of each other. Not an accessible hotel, you have to go to the front entrance to reach the make shift dining room with narrow sidewalks and absolutely no off and on ramps at the back of the building where our room was located. I banged my wheelchair pretty hard to get off the sidewalk to get to my vehicle. Although there was a back entrance with a decent hallway that led to our room, the door to the lobby and front desk was locked, making it hard and intolerable for guests with a disability.

The staff was excellent, and the pool was open, and hardly any other guest was using it. Nice big, comfortable beds. Lots of room and counter space to spread out our gear. Fair price value and plenty of towels for room and towels. Hallway and exterior door access to our room, which made loading up a breeze.

To be honest, I expected a bit more. I understand that it is a motel but the place is dingy and run down. I don't know if they are trying to revive it or what but everything from the decor to the running bathtub faucet was just yak. It seemed dirty and dark and the pool with the slide ...no words. It was just a stop over for us but if I had to stay longer I would book something better

The AC unit was a small window unit that was too small for the room. The wifi didn't work for surfing the internet let alone youtube. The vending machines are poorly located.

We were sent to a room that hadn't been cleaned & no beds made. Uneasy feeling when you step into a room that you think may be someone else"s room. Breakfast was basic-not nearly as good as the Wyndham in Swift Current (Day's Inn) that we stayed in 2 weeks prior.

The breakfast was average. There was a rotten apple in the tray.

The musty smell of the room. The dirt on the carpet and in every corner. No plug for the bathtub. There was no dead bolt for the door. The outside of the hotel is in need of a serious redoing. There's no one at the reception desk, you have to call to have anyone come and register you. The pool is disgusting, there's paint chunks inside the pool, it looks like the liner has let go. Crumbling steps and chunks of the edging of the pool exposed. Hot tub looked disgusting. Not sure how the pool and hot tub passes health standards for Saskatchewan. Or maybe the standards are not as good as Alberta. I realize that you get what you pay for. And what I got was disgusting

It needs some fixing, maybe a lot, to make it more appealing to others.

Breakfast had good selections and was well maintained. Access & parking was good. All appliances were in good condition. Pool & slide looked good & fun (though I didn't use them). It was quiet at night, no direct highway traffic noise
