We caught the Black Ball boat to and from Port Angeles, Wa, and found Inn at Laurel Point convient to access. The staff were positive and helpful. Most all rooms look out to the bay, and the restaurant has a wonderful view looking in the direction of the Empress hotel lit up at night. Most all the amenities on site you would want, including covered parking. A very pleasant place I will return to in the future. One more comment, do take a walk below the hotel along the bay, as it is a great way to leisurely see the Victoria inner harbor.

The garden view balconies are not enclosed, this was not ideal with a dog.

Great location and beautiful views. We enjoyed the cafe and restaurant as well. The bed was comfortable. Easy access to downtown and wonderful walking paths for people and dogs.

We did not appreciate seeing the American flag flying beside Canadian, BC and British flags. Given the current US attacks against Canada, we consider the Stars and Stripes flying beside our flag to be remarkably tone deaf.

26.00 Daily rate for car parking. Bed was too firm. The hotel provided a thin, well-used quilted topper, which was only a minimal improvement. Suggest hotel purchase new toppers.

Oceanview both in room and restaurant. Comfortable chairs to sit in, both room and lobby. Hearty breakfasts. Great location.

I wish they had more rooms with queen beds for our family. And it was a little far from DT.

Like the property very much, a little far from city center but create a quite environment, the beds are comfortable, everyday’s cleaning is great as well. We only got a chance to have breakfast but its taste was fantastic as well.

Incredible view of the harbour from our 4th floor room. The room was adequately spacious. Cocktails in the lounge were superb (again with a great view). The steel cut oats I had for breakfast were phenomenal! Great presentation.

Wish the tub had a view, instead of being up against the wall. Didn't like the French style sliding doors that separated the bathroom from the room.

The washroom door was not in its right position, and it could not be closed fully. Another thing was the plug socket was not enough for us to use. We have 3 phones, 2 switches, 2 Apple watches, and 1 laptop. We only find two plug sockets and several USB-A ports. I hope the hotel can provide some more.

The great thing about the stay was the view of the inner harbour, friendly staff and the breakfast. I ordered Aura Benny and this signature breakfast surprised me. They also provided valet parking services.

Our room on third floor 352 was near the elevator which before we were further from. The elevator at night could be somewhat noisy if being used a lot.

No bathroom fan, very low toilet. The was a large crack in the sink but that was not an issue.

The fireplace in the lobby was welcoming. The grounds and walks were very nice. Views of the harbor, and seaplanes landing and taking off was great.

They did not have enough towel for two people and I had to ask twice for more towels. Slippers, you also have to ask or you won't have them. I knew about the location but there is a little distance from everywhere. I think if you are a traveller and you want to truly enjoy the hotel and tour around. you need at least two nights in victoria.

The view from the room was incredible. They delivered a complimentary birthday cake to the room for me. The room was spacious and very quiet. You have balcony to enjoy the view. Front desk people were super nice and they early checked in us.
