Nice hostel. We didn’t use their kitchen though. It is very clean throughout. Location is very convenient. Staff were friendly. The wall is thin so you could hear the room opening and closing the door so that’s why you are provided with earplugs.

Our room was at the end of the hall by an exit door and constantly through out the night, I kept getting woken up by people leaving/entering- a bit more noise blocking would have been great. Also, when we opened the curtains the entire street and patio of the hostel could look right into our room...a bit creepy when we woke up, opened the blinds to see a few guests smoking/sitting right outside our room that we couldnt open the blinds or have natural light just to avoid awkwardness In the kitchen, a lot of utensils/cooking material was sparse and not evenly distributed for the 3 different cooking areas. For example, theres only 1 bottle of dish soap to be used for 3 separate sinks?

Great location, well thought out things you could rent (ie bear spray for a day), private sink in two single bed private room. They did provide a towel for you to use and the floors were very clean with everyone asked to remove their shoes

You strip the bed which is fine but they ask you to leave the duvet cover on and I think this stays the same between guests and you just get a new sheet, which just seemed a bit gross.

Powerful, hot shower. Good location- Jasper has a nice, less touristy vibe than Banff.

When booking on booking.com Booking stated with picture family room 1 bunk bed 1 double bed showed picture of as well. When arriving we were told there was no such room configuration.

The beds and sheets were quite clean, as were the washrooms and showers. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of downtown. However, our room lacked a locker, which was a bit unusual. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, possibly due to a previous guest, but they could have replenished the air freshener to address this issue.

This is a fantastic hostel. Shoes off policy at the entrance which makes the hostel super clean and homely feeling (just bring indoor shoes to wear if needed like flip flops). Nice chill out area upstairs with books and board games. Staff all friendly. Our room was perfect, private for two people with shower and toilet located nearby (both of which were always clean and nice). Kitchen was excellent, plenty of hobs/ovens/sinks/other kitchen appliances, spotlessly clean, plenty of seating and fridges/racks etc. A few parking spaces onsite, and is located right in the heart of the town. Hostel seemed very quiet when we were there (which we loved!) but that is probably a reflection of the hard times of Jasper just now (still well worth a visit!).

There was little sun in our room, but we didn’t mind honestly as we weren’t hanging out in the room much and it made sure it was dark to sleep amazingly. The mattress was a bit too soft for my liking but still comfortable.

So clean, great staff, great amenities. The common kitchen was absolutely phenomenal (multiple cooking stations). Very well situated, close to everything. They have a late check-in procedure that was perfect and efficient!

The room did smell a bit and even after I left for 2 days, my bag still smelled like it. It might get loud at night as it is a hostel. Even if it's a suite, it is still surrounded by loads of other shared rooms.

We booked a queen bed suite. The place was actually smaller than we expected. But we do have our own cooktop and pots, as well as toliet and shower. (And if not enough, we have access to kicthen downstairs as well) The bunk bed is quite big and can potentially hold 4 people. The location was actually really good, at the heart of downtown. Everyone takes their shoes off, so it won't be nasty even in winter. Considering the price you pay is lower than many of other places in Jasper, I would say it's a great option to save some bucks when traveling for a short while.

The pans and some cookware in the kitchen could be replaced. They have looked really used.

The hostel is very well structured, we felt very comfortable in there. The kitchen is huge, very good to cook in there. With fridges, frosters, oven, coffeemaker and much more. Everything you need. The hostel was super clean.
