I was upgraded because I am a frequent visitor. The facilities were excellent. Sounds from the arena were present in the room until late at night however.

The restaurant was ok but not adequate for the price. Maybe some better choices, nothing was different from two years ago when we were there.

The room was extremely pleasant. Comfort level from sleeping to waking, and quiet and dark. We love staying here for the convenience, comfort and hospitality.

It was all great experience, well taken care of as we watch the Jelly Roll concert. Staff was very helpful as I had forgot my wallet, with all my ID, credit/bank cards back home in Parry sound. With just pictures on my phone I was still able to get the room.

This was my fourth time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect for the events I attended during my stay in Toronto. The hotel, as always, looks magnificent, and the staff was cordial. The experience was smooth.

The shower cadet rail was loose and it would fly off the wall when I turned the shower on. Otherwise I loved the stay and will be back. The gym could use some more weights.

Needed more pillows.

I was so surprised that our hotel was connected to Scotiabank Arena! It was freezing outside, and we didn't have to bundle up for the weather or worry about driving/parking for this sold-out concert! Simply AWESOME! And they were sooo kind to let us check in early! So helpful. Price is a little high, but if you can afford it, you will truly enjoy the conveniences for attending the event you are going to at Scotiabank!

I cannot name one thing we didn't like. The hotel is located right next door to Scotiabank Arena, and is a (very) short walk to whatever else you desire...shopping, restaurants, Metro for longer jaunts. Love it here!

We loved being on a higher floor on this stay. Was so much quieter this time, in comparison to our last stay. Staff is always super friendly & helpful. Will not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Everything, from friendly and courteous staff to comfortable and well-appointed rooms. The rooms were practically sound-proof. The staff were attentive to detail and very responsive to our needs. An amazing hotel!

The blinds for the shower area should have controlled from inside shower NOT from outside of shower area. Anyone can open the blind while you are in the shower. That was a bad design. Breakfast should be better. It had very limited choices. It's better to order breakfast from Uber eats than having it in hotel.

Room was big. Lots of storage was available. Beds were comfy and room temperature was excellent. Lights were ample and have an option to dim or bright.

Having a bathrobe was great, please throw in a pair of slippers as well to complete the picture.

So clean, great staff, we were celebrating our 16th anniversary and a birthday and the staff sent us a nice treat of delicious macaroons and a personalized handwritten card, so thoughtful of them. We ordered for breakfast in the room, it was amazing. We are so glad we chose Le Germain, Maple Leafs Square. Thank you.

Buffet breakfast was very overpriced, and not worth it. Very plain and no waffles, French toast or pancakes in buffet. Coffee didn't taste all that good

Perfectly located adjacent to Scotiabank arena. Could access from indoors to a semi private entrance where there was no wait. Great restaurant A short walk away Real Sports. Also a,very short walk from train station and Hockey Hall of Fame. Impeccably clean and comfortable.

Lovely staff! Super friendly and helpful. The concierge desk helped me book bus tickets to see Niagara Falls as I only had one day to make it happen! The rooms are spacious and clean, big comfortable beds too. Would stay again for sure.
