The room was amazing and the staff were very friendly!

United States23 Reviews1 helpful vote“Fantastic blend of old and new!”My only "complaint" would be the overwhelming fragrance in the shared hotel spaces - lobby, elevator, and hallways. If they could dial that back a notch, I'd have nothing but positive things to say.
The service was attentive, particularly the valet. The bed and linens were quite comfortable. The lobby bar was perfect for a cocktail before our dinner reservation dinner and a nightcap after the show at the Belle Centre. It has a great old-school feel with wooden panels but a modern vibe with a live DJ. The unexpected highlight was the room's bathroom, particularly the shower and fancy toilet features! They have done a great job blending the old and new here!

Staff was very attentive. Breakfast was excellent and very reasonably priced. Large selection for any appetite. Coffee was nice and strong unlike some hotels!

Everything. The service was top notch, whether at the front desk or room service or the valet. The room was impeccable, and the terrace was very useful. The presence of a first class bar (Bar George) in the hotel was the cherry on top.

Everything. Best hotel staff we’ve seen! Everyone from bell man, housekeeping, front desk and concierge were courteous and helpful. Comfortable and clean room. Great location.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious, modern, have plenty of storage, and the gym is excellent. Location is a 10!
