The apartment was great, comfortable and clean. I would suggest to have some hooks for coats at the door, a few in bedroom as there is no where to put clothes and a few hooks for towels in bathroom. Perhaps a kettle in kitchen. Overall great stay and we would love to stay again in the future! Merci

The toilet paper was a really low-quality one. Soap smelled bad, like fake cherry or cough syrup.

Plenty of storage, clean, spacious. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect, near great food and everything we wanted to explore. The communication with the property management was quick. Property exceeded my expectations.

Key code entry for the Street door was fine, but after coming back from dinner, It didn't work. Turns out you use the silver number panel on first entry, but on subsequent entries, you use the black intercom key pad next to that. I just might have missed that instruction in my email. also, could have used a cutting board in the kitchen, I couldn't find one.

Nice apartment, big, fit 5 people well. Good pillows, comfy beds, nice kitchen. Good location. A minute walk to Rue St. John with shopping, bars, restaurants. You can get a parking spot if you call and reserve one early enough. It's well worth the 25 bucks. I didn't know where the spot was beforehand. Nothing a quick text message didn't solve. Ours was directly behind the building on a different back street. Beautiful spot to access the christmas markets and petite Champlain. Nothing is too a far walk.

Everything! Located inside the walls of Old Quebec, a quick walk to all the area has to offer. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. Easy check-in. We had a wonderful stay. Parking option wasn't available but they quickly provided information on where we could access underground parking just steps away...no need to clean the car of snow...bonus!

Parking was a challenge. That was expected that being in Old Quebec.

The room was very well appointed. The original Stone walls were impressive. It was centrally located for a short walk to Notre Dame and to the Christmas markets.

The bed and mattress were not the best. I paid for parking but, found several challenges when parking. This was not technically the facilities issue but, due to this being a remote assistance facility, there was no one on site to aid with the issue. I had to personally track down the person double parked and blocking me in. This issue occured more than once. I was refunded for one day of parking but, this isssue happened multiple times during my week stay.

This location was very nice. The facility is clean and truly feels like a home away from home. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. The is a virtual attendant to help with any issues. I found them to be polite and helpful.

Not a major concern - the mattress not as comfortable. That could be a personal preferrence. There were too many heating and cooling controls. It was confusing whichone to use.

There admittedly were a lot of stairs but we knew that ahead of time and were fine with it - they were at least not narrow and had support railings

A few issues that I raised when we left, that’s up to them to get fixed. The bed isn’t made each day and coffee is not replenished unless you ask. I made some suggestions to them which they acknowledged.

Although it was virtual the online support was very good and helpful. We had an issue with the tv that they fixed. All in all we would consider this hotel again.
