The new parking arrangements are a bit of a hassle, and I thought the parking a bit on the expensive side (although not as expensive as NYC, I must say).

Great location in Old City. Easy to get to anywhere. Breakfast is excellent--fresh and appetizing. This is our second stay in this hotel in the past six months. Wonderful people work there.

The breakfast really disappointed us because it should have featured a freshly cooked eggs & bacon option not pre-made, and possible frozen egg & bacon in a sandwich. Room #3 was FREEZING 🥶.

Adjusting heat in my room was not working and it was a little warm for sleeping.

Wifi in our room was very poor - tv was buffering all the time.

I’m Celiac - cross contamination was a concern for me. The hotel tried to offer gluten free options. The staff was excellent - extremely helpful.

I didn’t mind this but those booking should be aware that the private bathrooms are up a narrow flight of stairs within the rooms. Could be an issue for people who have mobility issues.

Conveniently located between shops and restaurants on both Rue St Jean and Rue St Louis. Beautiful old row of mansions converted into the hotel. Art deco decor, quiet, suitable for couples. Common space/eating area was nicely decorated and commensurate with size of hotel. Very nice inn. All staff encountered were very friendly and bilingual and very helpful. A very welcoming environment and will look forward to coming back for a longer stay in the warmer months.
