This hotel is beautiful! Our room (17) was lovely with a beautiful stone wall, a lovely bathroom and mini fridge included. The breakfast was included but we ate out. There are a TON of wonderful restaurants all around. Since old quebec is right at your doorstep, there are unlimited varieties of food and restaurants available. Everything is within walking distance if you can climb hills, all the better: the Plains of Abraham and the museum, Joan of Arc garden, Chateau Frontenac, old quebec, etc... We even took a horse drawn carriage ride around! It is the pricey but well worth it! We loved our stay!

Lovely Hotel with polite helpful staff. Fully air conditioned which was a blessing in the heat. Nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Very good breakfast included. Lots of choices and appreciated the safeguards in place to prevent transmission of viruses. Really enjoyed our stay.

The room was very cold and there did not seem to be a way to adjust the temperature ... i.e. no thermostat. Unable to open the window.

An excellent well appointed hotel with a tastefully decorated bedroom looking out to the park. Breakfast provided on a required basis and of a good quality. Staff unfailingly helpful, pleasant and efficient. Within the old town so a few minutes walk down Rue St Louis takes you past many restaurants and bars to Chateau Frontenac in this most pleasant and atmospheric of cities Car parking a few hundred metres away but you have drop off for 10 mins outside hotel door

--The bed was a bit too soft for me. I woke up with a back ache each morning. --Our room location had a fair amount of outside noise but the three large windows in the corner room helped to make up for it!

Not so much a dislike more of unnecessary. For breakfast they serve you everything . You can’t make ur own tea or coffee they have to pull out the milk And add it in for you . Still very nice employees but I would like to get my own pastry out of the cabinet without asking .

The hotel was difficult to get to by car from our previous hotel due to the construction and one-way streets. Walking would have been much easier and more direct.

We stayed in two bed and breakfasts in Quebec, both with excellent ratings from booking.com. they were both excellent but in different ways. This hotel was much bigger with 34 unique rooms. Our room was quite big but in an awkward layout. It did have a private access to the terrace. It also had a coffee bar and microwave and a separate office from the bedroom. Our room and probably the entire hotel has recently been renovated beautifully with wood and stone walls. Very attractive and nicely done. The public parking was a 5-minute walk and there was no extra charge. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the staff was very courteous. A high-powered Continental breakfast with oatmeal, pancakes, boiled eggs and ham, yogurt, croissants Danish bagels orange juice. The location was a 5-minute walk from almost all of the sites to see in Old Town Quebec.

Very friendly staff with only one exception. Young girl in the kitchen guarding the food was extremely unpleasant. Some customer service training for the food guardian, but otherwise very pleased.

Everything was great. Only thing for me being an English speaking person is I would have liked a few more channels for the tv in English since I like to unwind before going to sleep watching tv.

Breakfast was very good. Enough to choose from to start morning without having to leave hotel and find a place to eat. Staff at breakfast also wonderful. Location is excellent. Walking distance to most everything. Cleanliness of hotel is also exceptional.

Although I absolutely loved my stay, the only thing that bothered me slightly was the noise that came from people walking outside the hotel or the vehicles going by. But it wasn’t too much of an issue for me.

As a solo female traveller, I felt completely safe at this hotel. The staff was very polite, friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The hotel room was super pretty, aesthetic and clean. I loved the idea of entering a security code to enter my room instead of a key or card. I loved the location. It was a few minutes walk away from the city centre so it was peaceful and close enough to all the attractions. At the end of my stay, I asked the staff to arrange a cab to the airport. They took care of that and the cab arrived timely which was super helpful!
