I didn't find anything bad.

Everything was very good. The room was big. The beds were comfy. It was clean. The breakfast was also good. Big terrace. We enjoyed our time.

I love the location of this hotel, as well as the beautiful view on the balcony of the lake. There are a lot of activities to do on site, as well as the Jacuzzis and pool area. I highly recommend this hotel for families as you can keep busy.

Easter brunch was overpriced, water in the jacuzzi was dirty and on the pannel there was a message that it was past over 200 days changing water. Sauna was not heating properly. It was more like a warm sauna. But the worst part was that the girl at the reception forgot to hold the security deposit when we arrived so she decided to claim it when we left. Now we have to wait and see if they return our money. As we received a message that we were charged 200$ 😔. I hope they learn that since there was no damage, there is no reason to claim the deposit after the guest is leaving. I spoke to them and they said there was no damage.

what I like most is the outdoor hot water pool. The rooms are clean and the reception very warm. in the winter there is not so much activity but the sister hotel cheriburg is older but has activities for the kids.

Noisy heating system. Only 2 plastic cups for glasses. No coffee cups utensils to go along with the coffee machine. I am not sure why it is that way. Plastic would do as a minimum.

- At some point, the air conditioner stopped throwing hot air and only cold air would come out. It got pretty cold in the bedroom. I think the reception has total control over it and some time after calling and complaining, it started throwing warm air again. - Double bad was the regular size, not large. Quite uncomfortable, too. The sofa bed was uncomfortable as well. - We ended up sleeping 2 adults and 1 toddler on a simple double bed, which would have been very unpleasant if we had stayed more than 3 nights.

- Good value for the price. - Very nice view of the room, as it was all snowy outside - Easy access to the outside area (play in snow) - I loved the outside jacuzzi in winter - I also loved that all snow equipment was available for free (tubes and slides, raquettes, ski de fond) - the hotel's gold course turned into a lovely snow play area - Love that we had access to the Charibourg Hotel installations too - our son could play in the indoor playground, and we could use the pool (which we didn't). - The room was clean and not as outdated as some other reviews said. Good room size. The bathroom was ok, nothing fancy but what we needed. - The breakfast buffet was ok for the price, nothing extraordinary, but with good variety.

We did have problems at beginning, as I had booked a room with 2 Queen beds as we were two women travelling together. The staff wanted to give us a room with one queen & sofa bed. I showed them the picture on Booking & what I had paid for. After numerous attempts arguing with various staff members, that they had no rooms like that left, the main manager Thalyssa finally found us what I had paid for. Everything else then was to satisfaction. There are 2 pools on property which we did not have time to use.

The large property is on the golf course so scenery is nice if your room faces the golf course. The other side would have been preferably, as it faces Lake Bromont. It can be reached by walking down stairs in back of the hotel to lake & play area for children. The lobby looks inviting. The room was large enough with a chair & small sitting area, once we finally got the room, we had originally booked!!! The bathroom showed some wear & tear with plaster peeling but the towels were clean & it had the necessities like shampoo & bath gel. We did not use the pool but we could see the children enjoying themselves.

The breakfast was all right, but pre-cooked buffets aren't my thing. Also, it was obvious they served powdered eggs. There were these little holes on the surface of the scrambled eggs. The fitness room was very limited.

It was clean, the location was great and the staff was courteous. The chef made something special for me since I'm vegetarian, but it would have been nice to have option.

We stayed at the Manor for 4 nights and enjoyed it. The hotel is due for a refresh, but this would increase the price eventually... this hotel is still a good value! Our room was clean, the pool was clean and the staff was courteous. There are many free activities to do on site, such as kayaking or SUP on the small lake at the back of the hotel.

They're two weddings on site when we checked in. We're told the music would be stopped at 11p.m. but we could still hear loud music until 11:30p.m.. Understand the hotel need make money but this is a hotel not a pub, guests need good sleep to recovery from long day travelling.

Location is great, not too far from where we want to go. Outside environment is great, pretty and quiet. The building is old but maintained well. Breakfast is not included but with fair price. Lots of parking.
