Even the room is not ready, you can already have access to swimming pool,spa. Though the check out time is before 11, you can check out and stay till 3 Pm. More time to enjoy Spa, lake activities.

I asked for a room on the top floor, and we got the ground floor. There was flies in the room and it was not clean well and in the bathroom there was water linkages from top floor to our room. One of the double bed was not stable. Top of that my friend book a room for 2 people and I booked for 3 people, we got same room with 2 double bed with different prices. She paid less and I paid more which I found unfair.

We loved our stay, we'll be back! And we don't even golf.

We usually stay closer to the Center of Magog. We stayed this time in the Villages area. We love it. We went away to destress from our jobs, and The Eastern Townships/Magog areas do just that! The rest close to the places are family rest and we tried both of them one of breakfast/one for later lunch. Both Great, servers wonderful as well!

We asked for coffee multiple times, and we got multiple answers. One lady told us they didn’t have the cappuccino machine, another lady told us it was broken and then after the third time, another lady said they have the machine, but that she didn’t know how to use it. At checkout, the lady at the reception was extremely rude. She overcharged me for the rooms and when I explained to her that the price did not match with the price I reserved via the booking app, she got frustrated. She then made a few more mistakes with the overall booking charge until it was finally settled. She accused me of being arrogant when I simply tried to explain to her that what she was charging me did not match what the booking app had charged me. She then proceeded to tell me that I was being rude and arrogant meanwhile she was the one refusing to listen to me and rolled her eyes at me while I would talk. The ladies at the front desk where quite rude and barely gave us the time of day when we had questions. It was super frustrating.

The check in is at 18:00hs really bad compared with the rest of the hotels in the world. I complained about it they allowed me to enter the hotel at 16:00hs but still later than it should be.

The place is very nice, lot of nature around. The room was plenty of room and the bed was comfortably.

the beds were not comfortable, no microwave in the room only on the same floor down the hall it was really loud and the pool says heated but was really cold.

room was cold, no one came to assist and see why our heating was not working although we requested assistance several times. our child became quite sick vomiting and we requested new bed sheets and towels 4x throughout the day with no assistance. we left all of the dirty towels and sheets outside the door and 24hrs later they were still there covered in vomit. our neighbours had food left outside of their door for 48hrs as well. I don’t know if there was a minor staff shortage that weekend but it was very disappointing.

Room service dishes from at least 5 different rooms on our floor hallway were not picked up for 3 days. We had to ask for extra robe, blankets for 3rd person.

We stayed here for one night on our way to quebeq. traveling with 3 kids we arrived at 10pm. the room had no bed sheets for the sofa bed for the kids. when trying to call the reception 4 times to get sheets no one answered. my husband had to go down to the reception which on the other side of the hotel where the person at the reception gave him one blanket , and sheets and had to carry it by himself upstairs, and we had to make our own bed. this has never happened to us in a hotel and we travel a lot. the person at the reception said he will come up with pillows but never came. in the morning we went to the reception to complain, the receptionist said she can’t help us, she can only take a message for the manager and he will call us. she couldn’t even let us have breakfast for the bad experience of the night before. she said the manager is with his family and he can’t be disturbed. We NEVER had such a bad experience at a hotel and it’s not like this is a 2 star motel. 0 customer service, 0 willingness to help. disgraceful!!!!

Expensive breakfast not worth the Price. Restaurant was not interested having guests in their restaurant for dinner. Told it was fully booked but that was not the case. Lots of availble tables when we walked by during restaurants hours .

The hotel need a bit of love for a 4*. Extremely noisy A/C. Cold shower. Mentioned to the front desk in the morning after trying the shower several times, to be told they are aware.

The hotel is well located. Lots of parking and staff is pleasant. Lakefront.
