We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff were very courteous, room service turned up almost immediately, the breakfast was good, the rooms were very spacious and clean.

CanadaWe were there for our grandsons hockey tournament. The hotel was great , staff, all excellent. Unfortunately there was a bad snowstorm and we asked if we could park indoors. There was all kinds of available parking spots but they said it costs 65 dollars. 45 dollars a night for parking . No thanks.

CanadaWe stayed from Sunday until Wednesday. On Tuesday we were out for the day and came back at 3 o’clock to go in the soaker tub and have a few drinks to celebrate. Our room did not get cleaned even though we asked two times, until 5 o’clock when I finally went down to the desk. This was a waste of an afternoon and therefore a waste of money.

Waitress did bring a waffle from kitchen that was still not warm enough to melt the butter. Charged full price the cold unimpressive UNWANTED BUFFET!

CanadaThe problem I had was that instead of having a normal door, that you would expect to have on your bathroom, they had a rolling barn-style door. There were gaps all the way around it where someone could potentially see in, and every sound made could come out through them. The door just sits loosely on a rolling track. On top of that, there was a $45 per night parking fee that had to be paid at the hotel. Then, at the end of the included buffet breakfast, we were presented with a bill which had the cost of the meal printed on it and then below it they had marked that there was no charge, with 2 additional blank spaces below that. I was instructed, rather aggressively by the staff member who presented the bill to me, that there was a spot there for us to leave a tip and then to write that in and the total at the bottom. I told her that we had already left a nice tip in the room and she said yes well that doesn't matter because those tips don't come to us so we should fill in the bill to provide the buffet staff with an additional tip.
The room was great - both comfortable and clean, with a fantastic view of the falls. We paid to upgrade from cityview to fallsview and although it was $200 more, it was well worth it for the views. For anyone opting for a cityview room, you should know that on each floor, by the elevators, are large glass windows facing the falls, so you can get great views and pictures of the falls from there.

CanadaThe staff were not very knowledgeable or helpful. I asked where the closest place to get a bathing suit and got a shoulder shrug in response (turns out they are sold in the gift shop), I asked about a couple events nearby and they didn’t know. I asked a couple times about the charges on my credit card and I got the feeling they didn’t appreciate being asked. I also thought breakfast was included based on the room I chose on booking.com but they told me no at the hotel.

CanadaPrice didn’t meet my expectations. For a 5star hotel with a smelly kind off old carpet on the hallways. Broken vendo machines, no regular coffee in our room and cushions on the couch seems old and couch itself is old and ripped. Carpet in the room is dirty with no hair conditioner in the bathroom. Parking fee is ridiculously pricey.
Room was good size and beds were comfy and soft.
