the rooms are in dire need of renovation. also, would be really nice to have a microwave feature in the guest rooms. one more thing: Joanna from the front desk needs to learn how to smile, and drop the attitude.

the staff at the restaurant were very warm and welcoming, especially Sue. she's a sweetheart. I also like the balcony feature with the river view. the location was very convenient, too.

The plumbing system was slightly dodgy, water leaked into the bathtub, and the toilet kept overflowing.

Rooms were a great size and clean. Bed was comfy and check in was easy.

The rooms had a musty/smokey smell. And during the night we could smell cigarette smoke.

An included breakfast would be nice. Furniture was getting worn, needs refinishing! Some TLC on the wall paper seams would work.

The location is great, close to the falls, secret garden, and core activities, yet quiet. Really enjoyed the bright and spacious pool/sauna area. Parking is reasonable and we were able to park there until 3 PM after checkout at 11:00. The room fridge was super quiet. VERY comfy bed. The spa tub in room was nice to relax in. Loved the Queen Ann style furnishing here. Others are too modern and stale. Very clean room and bathroom. No smells, perfume, cleaners.

I really don't have any complaints.

The room I was larger the other hotels I stayed in. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The balcony was wonderful. I not complaining about the location because I knew where it was located when I booked. Would stay again. Staff were great. The lady that worked the breakfast run was so wonderful.

The bedside table lights weren’t working. So as the plugs near it.

The location is great walking distance from the clifton hill but not too close to hear all the noise. I love how the front desk staff took care of my concern and gave me a space heater to use coz my room was so cold. And it worked great.

Didn't like how when you turn on thermostat it doesn't work. Room was freezing

A cleaning staff member walked into our room without knocking while our group was getting dressed and preparing to leave. The staff was unaware people were staying in our room.

We have stayed at this location multiple times, and are happy with the consistency of the hotel's standards and accommodations.

was very hot in room as the ac hasn’t been turned in for the building yet, but needless to say just a quick trip down to front desk and the nice lady immediately offered to bring us a fan which helped a lot! also the pool was freezing cold! also could here a bunch of adults just talking loud outside our room well past 11pm

there is a lot of street traffic but we had a baby with us so had a noise machine and it wasn’t an issue

Pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Bed was OK!

Heart-shaped hot tub was fantastic! Very clean. Front-desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room was really outdated lamps on bed side did not work or outlets. Tv was extremely out dated as well and blurry

Loved where it is located and the balcony, loved the view.
