The air-condition is very noisy. I could not sleep the whole night.

We booked 2 rooms two months in advance and asked them close one to another. However, we were given the rooms on different floors. The air conditioner did not work properly: the control was broken and it was so noisy that we could not sleep with it working. So, it was hot in the room during the night. All furniture is old.

Staff does not answer phone when I need something and unlike other hotels where they bring your requested item(s) to your door, they make you go down to the front to grab it yourself.

Extremely small bathroom. Tiniest shower I've ever seen.

It was quiet and comfortable with a beautiful view. The staff were friendly. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to the attractions but far enough that we couldn't hear them from our hotel.

Constant humming or bubbling notice that could be heard in the room and even louder in the hallway. Made sleeping difficult. Room does not have enough lighting , o e lamp not working, especially with the dark carpets and wall paper.

Property smells bad from entrance up to the room. Very old need to refurbish. Carpet smells so bad like vomit. We are on a non-smoking room but smells like smoke. Not worth it for the money I paid $450 for a night. Shower room does not work properly and too loud like as if someone is drilling once it is opened. Lastly, front desk from check in is not too friendly, no help offered for bags etc. He saw us struggling pushing the bags trolley but just no assistance offered or given. Although you are standard hotel since you are in this industry guest service must be number 1. Like bad service overall for check in front desk not happy at all. However, check out front desk was ok allowed to stay for late check out up to 12pm.

Service from server at the buffet breakfast was exceptional. Very friendly! Great service.

You could walk to the falls and Clifton hill. Clean. There was lots of parking. Buffet breakfast available. Hot tub and pool was nice.

Very outdated, no fans in the bathrooms, the sink and bathtub drain is rusted, ac makes a loud noise and it’s not powerful enough, the wallpaper is peeling off at the seems, there is a tv inside of a cabinet meant for clothes.

Water damaged ceilings, mold and musty odours, dirty floor tiles, wet and dirty carpets, peeling wall paper, cramped shower, bed bugs. Wife was severe reaction to bedbugs biting her on our first night.

Good location and very close to the Center that we just had to walk with my family . The room given by the front desk was ground floor and my family frowned and it took the intervention of the manager to sorted us out within a blink of an eye, that made my our stay sweet. Enjoy the indoor warm pool too.

just the variety of amenities. I didn't expect to have all amenities, but since room floor is all carpet and not sure if it's cleaned every time, I wish I could have slippers at least. Also the shower pressure isn't that strong also the shower head isn't clean enough so I hesitated to use it first a little.

having the bath tub with a jet was so nice to get relaxed after long time walking and many towels were available in room so nothing to worry about changing and drying them after bathing.

The manager is not welcoming, although staff members are friendly. The interior needs an update. The smell is not inviting. Smells old.
