Everything - stunningly decorated with great attention to detail. Super helpful host and in a great location. Less than an hour from airport door to door and a lovely leafy neighbourhood. The space is compact as shown on pictures but totally fine for our stay in the city.

We did cook at the studio and there were no lids for the pots -we were able to make do. Otherwise it was well stocked for cooking. Go to Jet fuel on Parliament’s for coffee and The Epicure shop for yummy food.

The location was good - close to the street car, cafes and restaurants and grocery stores. It was located on a quiet street and the host was very available to assist.

Kitchen - needs decent (sharp) carving knife and bread knife.

Comfortable, good size, (it was as we expected) location v.good - 40 min walk to downtown, but also good local transport available , v. quiet, safe area. TV with Netflix amongst others.

The bed is a bit small and the place is not very well sound-proof, you can hear every step and voices from upstairs, can get pretty loud

Good location, very nice quiet street, a lot of food places nearby and metro/tram to downtown. Place is nicely decorated and clean, has everything you need. The owner is very responsive and helpful

The lack of windows (unavoidable) made the apartment a little gloomy. Good to have counter stools in the kitchen but they were rather uncomfortable.

Property was designed well in a great contemporary style. Use made of pretty much every square inch of a relatively small apartment. Apartment situated within easy reach of trams to nearest subway stop - College - and then on to Union Station and down town Toronto. Good pizza shop on Carlton.

Great location near to the city centre, but it was calm and quiet. Great price/value ratio. The studio was clean, tidy and cozy. Andrew was very friendly and helpful, really great host!

The location was very convenient and the studio was really well decorated and clean. It even had a kitchen with everything you need to cook. Andrew was very nice and responsive, would definitely come back and recommend!

It wasn’t very soundproof so we were hearing noises from upstairs.

The property was very clean and presentable. It had all amenities , like , fully equipped kitchen, toiletries, Netflix and Apple TV. everything seemed to be new and maintained to high standards. tram and bus stops are within minutes walk.

To access the apartment which is a basement you have to walk down a narrow passageway to the side of the house. Although well lit it I didn't like it. The heating system was quite noisy and movements from the house above could also be heard.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It is very comfortable and spotlessly clean.The kitchen was immaculate and had everything you could wish for. Andrew who lives on site was a helpful responsive host, available if required. Supermarkets, restaurants and a great bakery nearby.

The bathroom is tiny and the sink is useless. It was also the only place with an outlet that was available so I had to charge all of my devices there. There is only one window and that is in the kitchen. Keep in mind this is a basement apartment. The bed is comfortable but low to the floor.

The location was excellent for what I was doing and where I was going. The kitchen was redone and it was excellent.

The guest above was really noisy with a barking dog. There was also work being done across from the property that was noisy. Location was in a rough area with lots of addicts and homeless nearby.

There are almost no windows in the studio. You don't even notice it's morning. Since the owner is upstairs you hear a lot of noise, especially the dog running. The toilet and bathroom were not suitable and it gets clogged and I asked the owner to fix it.

The location was very good, cute and nice neighborhood. Owner is a great guy who helped me a lot. There are many facilities there and you can even cook easily although I didn't.

Few minor issues: Sink was blocked in bathroom Kettle was supplied, but with no plug Toilet seemed to refill a lot making noise However, the main issue was how noise travelled between the flat and the room above. At one point, we were contacted by the owner at 22:30 asking for us to turn the TV down (volume was set at 20). We complied immediately, turning the TV off completely. We did note that the quiet hours were listed as 23:00. We were then kept awake by noise from the upstairs (owner's) flat until 23:30. It would be a recommendation for the owner to alter the quiet hours to reflect this as it put a downer on our stay as we felt the need to be extra quiet at all times.

it felt like the people upstairs were in the space. it was quite loud. I am saying this because as a solo traveler it was startling. If you don’t mind that type of thing this place will do you well.
