The toilet didn't work, so that was a little icky after 1 day. and when we arrived late our first night after a long drive and a show. At 10pm, we had our daughters lullabies on to get her to sleep, and the room beside us started banging on the wall. The music was not loud (it's for babies & toddlers) he came and knocked on our door telling us the walls are thin and he wants it turned down. We felt the whole time we had to be quiet with a young child. It was uncomfortable.

The front staff was very friendly, helpful and check in was smooth. The room was clean.

Room did not look anything like the photos on their website. Very old and needs some repairs/updating. For king size fireplace suite the room was extremely small. Tv remote was taped together and didn't work unless you held the batteries in a certain way. The front desk was not very personable. Asked for extra towels and they brought me a single towel. Luckily the housekeeper on the 4th floor was more than happy to give us fresh towels etc. As we didnt want our room cleaned until check out.

The location is great for what we were doing for the weekend. The housekeeping lady on the 4th floor was incredibly sweet and helpful Lots of pillows, bed was fairly comfy.

Not enough parking, had to park in small malls by hotel, so concerned that car may have been broken into/uneasy feeling.

Had a reasonable selection at breakfast. Nice to go to 10am during work days as some hotels finish breakfast at 9.30am.

Reception could improve. As soon as we walked in, we thought we were in a very sketchy place. Elevator was also dirty. We were actually surprised to see the room was nice.

Your website needs reboot..on ...when you fill payment arrangements..maybe I selected the wrong key but I was not sure if You took payment on line or I was to pay front desk upon arrival.....their was some confusion on whether I paid Booking .com need more clarification on a reference number on whether I paid or not paid online....???

I booked a SPACIOUS QUEEN ROOM with 32 square meters which should be the biggest room in the hotel according the description online. but finally I got a very small room which they said is their best queen room. when I checked out, I complained to the manager, he showed me another queen room and said this one is not as good as which they have given me, but actually that one is much better and bigger than mine! But I have to say, I like the attitude of the manager, he was neither humble nor arrogant, I mean, he is so professional to deal with the situation, and he finally give me a solution that they may upgrade my room for my future booking, though that is meaningless to me, but there is a solution. I think maybe they did nothing wrong when they gave me that small queen room because there is no significant price difference between these queen rooms, but they've given misleading informations in booking.com, that's not good.

There is nothing negative to say about this place I've been here a few times and they are always great If you need any help with your stay But their breakfast in the morning is awesome not Many places offer this kind of of items to have in the morning coffee is awesome....

They have really good staff friendly and kind the manager is always Awesome to talk with and helpful with information that you may want to know about....
