Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Broken walls, unhygienic washroom and the beds smelled bad. Monte Carlo inn needs to seriously look into the condition of their rooms. No assistance for luggage. Very very bad hotel. Noone would stay here for free. Don't go by the pics, it's a very bad hotel with dirty rooms.

CanadaNot so much what I did not like but small little annoyances: the cleaning products used in the rooms: the smell was overwhelming so much so that had trouble sleeping. Too strong. Also at breakfast - there was a note that muffins were freshly baked which was not true as I saw the staff taking them out of a store bought Compliments brand container! Very funny.
Rooms extremely comfortable. Plenty of surfaces to put your things on. We had a room with 2 queen beds. Everything was excellent.

CanadaThere is no trolly at all for this hotel you have to carry everything to your room very disappointing. The room is outdated and small. Hard to find a parking spot there very small parking lot. The breakfast all they offer is muffins and fruit just the basic no hot stuff this hotel wasn’t worth the money or the stay. And lastly the night person guy that works there instead of working he sleeps while on the job across from the desk in a chair with a blanket and his hat down so unprofessional

BulgariaThe room we received was clean but with a strange arhitectial decision. The wall between the bathroom and sleeping room is a window. It's the first time I have seen such wall. Maybe it is a Canadian standard, however everything else was perfect.
The staff was really kind and helpful. Monte Carlo Inn has a good location and free parking. Breakfast is good although there is a little spase with tables where can sit.

United StatesThe location was on reliable bus line to a ttc station. Two GO stations were nearby with Dixie available Monday to Friday and Long Branch on Lakeshore Road available all week long. There are lots of restaurants nearby as well anumber of Mall areas within walking or driving range. Staff was excellent.

CanadaPictures look much better than in person. Request a room with a fire place not close to entrance door to the floor. Like the picture in the booking. Gave me a room with no fireplace and right by main door. Back door entrance locked at 10 PM. Yuesf seemed very robotic and not very enthused about his job. This location is very disappointing compared to the other locations I've been to.

Bed was not particularly comfortable. Entire building escaped from some 1960s crime caper film. Maybe three times overpriced. Should have been less than $100, on Saturday night was $240...
It was there. Breakfast croissants, surprisingly edible.
