The entire hotel needs updating and a good scrub. It was a challenge to decide what was louder - the air conditioner or the fridge, but at least they masked the chatter from people gathered in the hall to chat. Given that newer hotels in the same vicinity were around $30 more, this was one of the few times where the price did not reflect the hotel's reality.

I arrived late because off the traffic accident on 401. I made the reservation with bokking.com The room was dirty old carpert bad smell. Also the Tv was not working so l call the desk to change the room. She complained that was sold out.So she came up to check the tv. She also can't make work. So she told me she will let the manager know. I could take to her in the morning.. Also the toilet was plug.😖 next morning l went to the desk to talk with the manager. She told me she couldn't do anything because l pre paid with booking.com🤨

To start off the guy who checked us in was very very rude to us. My mother our ride wanted to see the room and use the bathroom, He jumped down our throat about the number of guests. Not even bothering to be polite first right to rude on my wedding day. That the room I got was not what I asked for when I booked it months ago. It WAS NOT at all worth 281 dollars. I had called and booked a room a big tub as shown on the wedsite. I was given a tiny little room. I had also booked there because they had a pool and was told no it's at another location when I tried to get hours for it being open after checking in. When i called months ago to this location I was assured there was a pool. they also took a security fee off 100 me at 830 am on the day of hours before check in without returning it as of yet.. This fee was not listen anywhere. So as of now it's cost me 381. This was the most disappointing honeymoon ever all due to this hotel.

horrible for accessibility needs, out of service elevator was a BIG disadvantage & as a result accommodations SHOULD have been made!!

Reception desk and a manager seemed uninterested and even somewhat rude. Also, one of the elevators was out of order, which caused inconvenience for the cleaning staff. The food was mediocre with very limited options and no vegetables.

The room was ok and well-cleaned. The staff was very friendly.

I need my money back because I was uncomfortable in my room with more than3 exter ppl. I should not be paying you. I will make shore ppl see you for who you are. The manager is no good the staff is worse.

You did not give my sister her room even there we came they couple times. Your staff took her credit card swipe it gives her someone else receipt’s. She end up having to be with me and make me uncomfortable. You charge her for no show when we were there twice asking for her room. No one should stay in your hotel. You are no good.

Friendly staff. Everything did appear clean & newish. The restaurant is great. Excellent italian dishes & willing to make items not currently on the menu.

Price of room had increased within one month, April I paid $145 plus tax. May $207 plus tax.

No hot food. Cereal, toast, apples, yogurt, coffee excellent.
