Canada..Our room had a very bad odour.....front desk could not accommodate new rooms for party. Floor was noisy with kids running around....smell of marijuana was noticeable . Information was not upto date.
Location was good...parking was good...received emails stating masks were mandatory and bagged breakfast would be available...that did not happen.

The pillows were lumpy and hard. breakfast was extremely limited and at first wasn’t allowed to bring yogurt up to my toddler because they don’t want you to being food into our suite ( that we specifically paid what I feel over priced for to be able to eat with our toddler In our room ) because we all know how hectic it can be.

CanadaThe Dream twin mattress under the pillow top Sealy provided an envigorating rebounding affect for the most spectacular coitus Ever. The room was a comfortable 73 degrees. All you can eat buffet had eggs, bagels with cream cheese, apples, cereal, croissant, toast variety's, orange and apple juice.
Best Ever Hotel Chain Canadian Owned. Friendly Staff from 3 Front desk, to Annie Housekeeping on the 3rd floor. To Restaurant 2 Cooks and 2 Waitresses. Jacuzzi was the climax of Sunset King Suite. Two T.V.s by the Fireplace and one viewed by the King Bed.

CanadaWell for starters they have those policy that if you pay debit you need to pay an extra $200 on the deposit compared to when you pay credit card which I found absolutely ridiculous. The hotel has two elevators and only one works. Upon checkout the clerk had to call somebody to go check our room to see if we left it in good condition to get our deposit back. I've stayed at many higher-end hotel as compared to this I never was I treated this way!
Can't say anything bad about the room which was really nice and the jacuzzi was amazing!

Explained that this was not what was listed in the hotel amenities at the time. Staff didn’t seem to care. And we left with no breakfast as I had a medical appointment to get to.

CanadaMain negative was that there was a sign at breakfast that you could not take food out of the dining area without permission. As I was planning to eat in the car on my way back to the hospital (since it was only a continental bkfst) that didn’t appeal to me. Also, during covid I always take my meals back up to my room to minimize exposure. Never seen that sign at another hotel. Only other small negative was the lobby area (across from front desk) renovations have not been done yet so it looked old & tired. Once it matches the rest of the main floor the first impression will be a positive one!
Great front desk staff - very helpful! Accommodated my VERY early check-in time which meant a lot to me as I desperately needed a nap before heading back to the hospital! 5⭐️s to that young lady! The room was a small suite (more than I expected) and was spotless & quiet!👍 The cleaning staff was great too!👌 Kudos to everyone there that made a difficult visit easier❣️
