Check in was a little difficult because of some policies they did not state, and the breakfast was a little underwhelming, had to pay 10$ for a "premium" breakfast to get anything good.

Room was super spacious and very big, super clean as well.

The room temperature was set at 61 degrees, my 4 year old granddaughter was not happy.

The beds were so comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with you, and I wanted to share some feedback to help make future stays even better! Firstly, I noticed that the carpet in my room could use a bit of extra attention to get it looking its best. Also, I loved the complimentary breakfast, but I think it would be wonderful to include some more Asian-style options, like congee or noodle dishes, to make international guests feel even more at home. Thank you for all that you do, and I look forward to my next visit!

Although the building shows its age, the room is surprisingly spacious and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. Nice location with plenty of free parking, a short walk to Walmart, and close to Canada's Wonderland.

The continental breakfast left much to be desired. Not a lot of choice and very little fruit. The apples that were available were not good.

Compared to other. There free breakfast is definitely not as good and things like eggs is extra, while at others they include eggs and sausage or bacon in there free breakfast

This time around our room was so tiny compared to the first stay. I was kind of disappointed at this especially because I booked with a extra child this time.

The included breakfast was very limited in options coffe/juice/muffins/PB, Jam, honey and cheese . You had to pay extra for anything else

Breakfast wasn't a buffet like advertised.. no bowled eggs. There was only apples, no oranges and no bananas. Could use more nutrient bread and more nutrient options then suger yogurt. Also the card system for breakfast, to go to the front desk is annoying! They should prep the amount of night per guest and give at check in, eliminating going to front desk every morning.

Location and view was very great! Everything you need is close by. the view of Canada's Wonderland was pretty awesome.! Very very clean!. Front desk workers and maid are very friendly, they are always smiling and helping I'd need be.

Unfortunately, for my stay, the one elevator was not working, which caused us to have to walk up and down six flight of stairs, most of the time because the elevator doors would not open.

I didn't like the fact that ever so often my key card doesn't work. ( Every stay I have this problem).The staff members were on my floor cleaning who knocked and talked to me a half hour before and saw me leave and came back in 5 minutes,but they weren't allowed to open doors for anyone. I respect the rules but something needs to be done about the key issue.

the hotel was crazy hot. even the AC in our room could not keep up. the beds are very small for a queen sized bed so my husband and i each slept in a separate bed.

Could have offered a better variety on the free breakfast buffet. Although you did have a choice to order eggs for a cost.
