The place is outdated. Carpet in our room was stained and just the overall room was outdated. People smoking marijuana in rooms beside us (out of the property’s control I get that).

Location was convenient. Very late check in helped us. Staff were great.

The breakfast was good and the location was great. There is a line 1 train station about an 8-minute walk away, so it was easy to get downtown.

Disappointed in the continental breakfast offering. The little they had, was often empty and no one seemed to refill the fruit or bread for toast. It would be better to say they didn't have breakfast that to expect something and have it be that bad. The cost of the hotel was quite high, so that made the breakfast even worse. I wouldn't stay again because there are places more reasonably priced, with a better breakfast.

This was a very nice place and the staff were very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. The location was good.

Breakfast selection has been reduced since my previous stay, very basic offerings now.

Had to request change of room to a quieter room on the other side of the hotel, which the staff was able to arrange without too much inconvenience.

The complimentary breakfast was poor at the best, do not include any breakfast or increase the room rate slightly to include more than was available.

The sound of the heater was a little too loud

The King Luxury was a beautiful room, spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, I would def be returning to this sort of room in the future if needed.

The hotel didn’t have a pool

I like the facility had breakfast it was limited. There wasnt an a lot of choices but they offered paid breakfast with more choices. but it was OK also like that there was a lot of stores and It was in a good area.

I was pleasantly surprised by my room. Very nice and quiet on my floor. Good water pressure. Was also a quick walk over to the subway, which I was using while visiting the city, and lots of restaurants.

The breakfast was very crowded, under staffed and not easy to access. We wound up spending a ridiculous amount of money both at supper the night and at breakfast. This would deter me from rebooking as I love breakfast.

I didn’t like the breakfast. Very cheap. It advertised breakfast included. But it was only continental. If you want eggs and bacon you have to pay. Only cornflakes which by the taste was not Kellogg’s. Yogurt was Walmart good value
