The room was spacious but when you walk around for awhile your feet are black underneath and the breakfast was a joke bread and cereal mentioned our concern to staff on check out he laughed never stay there again

The hotel took 100 CAD from my credit card and said it was a reservation... I already paid for the room and thus my credit card details were known by the reception desk. After checkout staff told me that the CAD 100 will be refunded but they didn't tell me when and it still shows up in my creditcard balance.

It’s old. We booked a suite but it was only a room with a couch at the entrance. Looked like furniture had been removed.

The location. I will pay more next visit as there are more hotels in the area with nicer suites and better amenities.

Made my reservation using booking.com for two nights, but my appointment was canceled and I could go back home early, called booking.com and they told me that the manager could decided about the cancellation, so guess what? The manager decided to not cancel my reservation, very disappointed with the lack of understanding of the management.

I didn't like the breakfast because if you want to eat eggs, sausages etc...etc you have to pay extra, I don't think it's fair since we already paid a lot for the room...I didn't even have bananas, I saw customers taking their own bananas to eat in their coffee

Breakfast only acceptable level if you pay extra. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL....THEY HOLD A RESERVATION AMOUNT IF 100CAD FOR 1 MONTH IF YOU' RE NOT US/CANADIAN. SO FOR 2 MONTH THIS IS BLOCKED ON YOUR CREDIT CARD BEFORE IT GETS RELEASED!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

There was mold in the vents. We could smell it as soon as we walked in and went to investigate you can see the mold clearly as soon as you open the vent door. It came with no microwave, or fridge most of the plugs were away from the night table so charging devices meant you had to keep them pretty far away.

We thought the pricing was fair at the time of purchase. But than wished we had just booked closer to the falls and spent the extra money as it is a very far walk for small kids

The property is not maintained well and has cut back on offerings for breakfast over the years.

Having stayed here once a year I am familiar with where to get food and gas, and access the public transport into Toronto if needed.

Continental breakfast left something to be desired. Other hotels have more options, even if it is only a continental breakfast.

Spacious room, clean, far enough away that it wasn't too busy but close enough to anything you'd like to get out and do.

I booked for two rooms it shows online there was meeting and rest room but when i enter the room it was only one room there wasnt meeting room .. im not happy with this hotel to stay at the room

The breakfast was horrible. It’s the first time I’ve encountered that you have to pay $8 if you want to have an egg. Their breakfast options are toast and cereal and hot oatmeal.
