We had a room with a balcony, which looked out into a courtyard with other rooms. Perhaps I missed a notice upon booking that there would not be a view? For me personally, I would NOT pay extra money again for a balcony without a view. I really don’t think an extra $100+ for a balcony is worth it unless one has a view of the glorious mountains.

The location was central, and that was great. Parking was free in an underground garage, and we appreciated that, too. The bed was remarkably comfortable, and the shower was very good. Our room and the facilities were very clean, too.

Room was underwhelmingly small for the price paid (and for our anniversary). No bath robes provided in the room for the pools. We were on the ground floor so not as private.

The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Nice hot pools on roof top. Nice description about the Corner House's history.

the blinds over doors and on windows- were they privacy blinds? could people see in? I never felt quite secure.

For an expensive four star hotel it was very basic - overpriced. The ‘authentic’ Italian restaurant in the hotel was also very poor indeed. The pasta was like the stuff I made as a student, the bread you could help yourself to was sliced supermarket bread and the meat had clearly been pre-cooked and just heated when ordered.

the amount of dirt and dust on the back of the bathroom door, and the shower head covered in dust as wellthe shampoo and conditioner was empty, after riding my motorcycle to the hotel and having a swim ending with the shower. thinking the amenities saying there shampoo ect so we didn’t bring any due to being on a motorcycle to save room. then having a shower at 10:30pm to find they’re empty. asking the front desk for some and being told they can’t help until the next day really sucks. the elevator was not working nor the bank machine. walking to another property for the purpose of taking out cash was a major inconvenience for the amount of money we pay for a night. I’d assume with staying in this hotel over 9 times now and the only one I use, that throngs get taken care of better for $500-$600 per night.
