Even tho it said M/L you should remember not everyone is small and petit. Some of us have some thickness around the edges haha 😄 and thTs literally it. Everything else was awesome 👌🏽
How comfy the bed and pillows were, the location is perfect. The pools and hot tubs were my sons favorite

Fabulous! Moose Hotel is located in an excellent location to stroll the shops, restaurants and bars of Banff. The hotel has it all. Excellent timber work and attention to detail within the whole building. Stunning views from the hot-tubs, pool and sauna. Highly recommend.

Bizarre.

We were pleasantly surprised not only by the interior design but the room location something completely different! Staff were helpful and pleasant. Our recommendation was this is/was an excellent experience.

Special thanks to the front desk staff, I think his name was Ryan, who did his best to accommodate my request for a Mountain View. They made skiing so easy - discount on rentals, rental delivery to the hotel, convenient shuttle to all the resorts, on-site lockers. Room service was fast. Staff was super helpful. All around great experience!!

Great location, couldn’t be any better in the hearr of Banff. Rooms are really spacious and clean, comfortable beds. Beautiful building.

United States1 review“Wonderful staff and loves the moose suite and it’s privacy,location, and space”The only tricky thing was finding hotel Parking on weekends after 4pm. The stalls are narrow so plan ahead to find parking for larger vehicles, other than that we really enjoyed our stay!
Food was great! Mushroom truffle pizza and penne primavera pasta were our favorites, but lots to choose from on menu 👍🏻
