Only one restaurant in the hotel, probably over priced. Other breakfast coffee options about a 5 minute walk away. The king suite room did not have any view. Upon checkin I was offered an upgrade to a slightly larger suite with a mountain view but the 50% discount was still $200 a night more than our rate (Ouch!). No thanks

Room (King Suite) was spacious and had nice well appointed coffee station, ample (but narrow stalls) parking and excellent pool and hot tub on the top floor

The food in the restaurant was only ok. Much nicer & cheaper places to eat. The bar was nice for a drink & nibbles though.

Central location. Beautiful views. Friendly & helpful staff. Clean & comfortable. The roof top hot tubs were amazing.

Too expensive. Expected more for the price. Rooms are quite small. Not so comfortable. The Elk is literally right next to it and I would have picked it but it was full for the dates we needed. Don’t splurge on the Moose just for it’s location, basically a lot of hotels in the zone are near each other.

It is a nice hotel, the hot pools on the roof were fantastic. Restaurant on site was good also. Location is excellent. Always very clean.

The location is great! We were able to walk to dinner and shops. The underground parking was very convenient. The hot tub and pool were an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again,.

Moose suites are beautiful, warm, comfortable, cosy, well equipped and very clean. Complex has all you need with hot pools, huge foyer fireplace, lovely Italian restaurant, incredibly friendly staff, only meters to the town centre, supermarkets and restaurants. Transport for both public and private tours with pick up points at the front door. Highly recommend staying at the Moose 🫎

Perfect location and the suite was the perfect size to spend a week at. Kitchen was fantastic and outdoor spa was the best in town.

The only negative would be having to walk outside to get into your room. In temperatures of -20 it was a little hard to get motivated to use the hot tubs then have to walk into the hotel then out again to your room. This is just how the hotel was designed. In saying that it would not stop me from staying again.

Loved our room, fire, lounge and really comfy bed. Bathroom was a good size with a great shower. Free car parking added bonus. Close to town and plenty of good restaurants.

The heating system was a bit noisy and would go on and off during the night, but overall, it didn’t affect the stay too much.

The Moose is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Banff. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure you feel welcome. The hotel offers a lot of great amenities, including a hot tub and a gym, which are perfect after a day of exploring the area. The underground parking is a bonus, and the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Banff. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with beautiful local artwork adding to the charm. Highly recommend staying here for an unforgettable experience!

The heating/ac system was extremely loud and prevented us from sleeping well.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great pool facility on the roof. Food in the restaurant was delicious. The fire at reception was wonderful, especially when coming back in from the cold. Was great to see the hotel welcoming dogs.

The staff is SUPER friendly and helpful -- they really took care of us. The hotel is within a block of downtown, so everything you could possibly want is right there. The bus and ski shuttles are steps away too! We absolutely loved this place.
