If I had to nitpick, the room we stayed in was on the main floor this time around and was extremely cold even with the heater going non stop. I’m not sure if the patio door wasn’t sealed properly or what but it made it harder to get out of bed in the morning.

Gorgeous property and amazing location! I’ve stayed here a few times now and it will always be my go to in Banff! The rooftop hot tubs are stunning and worth the trip alone.

The bed was very hard and felt the living room in our one bedroom felt pretty basic for the price paid. The hot tubs need full time supervision to control the adult children. Ban personal music

We didn’t get maid service until late in the day when we were trying to get ready for the evening therefore room wasn’t cleaned nor coffee restocked.

The heating system was incredibly loud when it turned on (which was frequent). We also had a room located at the end of a hallway with an exit door close by. At night, the door would slam and shake our room. It woke us up several times and was quite frustrating. For the price of the room, the exit door was more or an annoyance than being next to an elevator. You can stay at other hotels on Banff ave for a 1/3 of the price with the same amenities and quieter hallways.

Great location on Banff Ave with many restaurants close by including Pacini’s located in the hotel lobby. The rooms were clean, comfy beds and lots of pillows. The bathroom only had a shower but it was nice and large with very new, sleek facilities. The Spa was fantastic though, I would go to the Spa again but not stay at the hotel.

The hotel entrance is beautiful with the huge rock fireplace and floor to ceiling windows It just started snowing as we walked in. The biggest snowflakes I have ever seen. I felt like we were in a Hallmark movie. So pretty The rooms also had floor to ceiling windows which we loved. We had a courtyard view on the ground floor so we did feel the need to keep the blinds closed so sad lol The rooftop hot tub was also a favourite. Would definitely recommend 😊

Amenities were amazing, rooms were nice and clean. We drove there and didn’t use our car until we left. Location was great to walk the town, however, offering the town bus pass to guests really added value and eased to our stay.

I thought a place like this should have two hours of adult only time in the hot pools, perhaps 9-11.
