We stayed in the double bed apartment room, it is very spacious, has a nice kitchen area with a fridge and microwave, the living room had a lush fire which is perfect turned on after a day outdoors. It had a nice balcony to enjoy the view of Banff town.Very spacious double bed which was comfortable.The staff were all really friendly and informative throughout our visit. It is in a perfect location for restaurants and 5 min walk to the shops. Has a car park if you a driving and over all it was a fabulous stay here in the Moose hotel. I have to add the jacuzzi on the roof top terrace has an amazing view and really nice to have after a day of hiking it also has a fire pit where you can dry off or just relax by and bathrobes are provided to give that luxury feel. Would highly recommend a stay here.

The room was very nice and conveniently located on the ground floor. The lobby was beautiful with plenty of seating. The location was excellent, on the main street and close to everything. The on-site Restaurant was good and not overly expensive, service was excellent.

Great base to stay at for our trip to Banff! Super comfy beds, loved the black out curtains, and the fireplace made it extremely cozy. Underground parking was easy and convenient.

We loved our stay at Moose Hotel and Suites. It is in the perfect location in Banff - walkable to everything in town. Parking is super simple and abundant. We stayed with our 3 and 6 year old and they loved the hot tubs and pool on the roof. The views from the roof were gorgeous and the perfect way to end the day after exploring the parks. Would definitely stay here again.

The spa was lovely but a bit pricy, and the massage we each got was just ok.

Warm and welcoming lobby, very friendly and enthusiastic staff, our room was ready early, it was cleaned thoroughly and restocked each day (without having to ask/schedule, as seems to be the new norm, it was located about 2 blocks from the main action of town, and the hot tub area was absolutely gorgeous!

The location in Banff is exceptional, you are right in town. Easy walk to all shops and restaurants. Underground parking is very convenient. Beautiful rooftop pool and spa with great mountain views.

Bed was not made each day and tea and coffee not always replaced. Breakfast could have been included in the price at $700CAD per night.

We had a problem initially with the One bedroom King Suite first allocated to us as it was supposed to have a mountain view but the only "view" from the room initially allocated was from the balcony which is along a street from the second floor and it was only a partial view of the mountain. That was a real disappointment to us. We wanted a change in the room as the initial room would have road noise and Scott from the reception came up to our initial allocated room, explained the rooms to us and showed us other rooms. Although our request was for a room on a "high floor", we were told that One Bedroom King Suites are only on the second floor.

The location of the hotel was excellent as it was along the main shopping street/belt and there is a supermarket, the information centre and travel agency for booking tours nearby. The staff at the reception were not very friendly except for Scott who took the trouble to help change our room when the initially allocated one bedroom king suite was on the second floor and along a road with not much of a view. As we need a quiet room as we are light sleepers, we eventually changed the initial room to a room within the hotel/courtyard. Thank you Scott.
