I was working in Port Alberni which makes the loop through Qualicom Beack a far lomgher drive than I anticipated. But that is no fault of the property, thats my own planning shortcomings!

The price to comfort ratio was excellent!

Very clean, beautiful house. A great place to relax away from any noise. Close enough to Qualicum Beach and Parksville and the goats on the roof. A very comfortable place to stay. Hot tub available.

In the kitchen if one used more than 1 appliance the trip switch activated turning power off , if they changed the breaker amp-age this would not happen , simple fix

Fabulous place to stay the mouse quiet and beautiful that was very comfortable. The house was lovely. The hosts were very accommodating. The hot tub was the icing on the cake only thing that needed to be addressed was you can only plug in one appliance in the kitchen at a time otherwise the fuse tripped. I think they just need to fit higher amp breaker on their fuse board, but I will be back.

All the facilities were clean, big open living and kitchen and incredible views from the windows and deck. Hot tub was a huge plus and the rooms were warm and cosy.

What I didn't like was getting there. Very out of the way. The evening I arrived was very wet and stormy. Lots of lefts, rights, lefts and turn here. About 30 minutes from Qualicum Beach, although it took me almost twice that long as my GPS was often confused. It had me double back twice including on excursion that led me out almost to Little Englishman River Falls past Coombs and then right back into town from whence I had started. I had been warned about the driving instructions, but had not expected it to be that bad. The last stretch of road is very steep and rough, especially at night. Next time I would plan on arriving in daylight, it would make a huge difference. Overall though, it was still worth the effort and I will return again.

Did not partake of the breakfast offering as the basic choices were a bit limited, but the evening before I arrived early evening and was not looking forward to the trip back into town to find something to eat. Host Daya offered me a plate of freshly made Sheppards Pie. It was great! The rooms and common area were very, very nice. Very clean. Quiet.

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like, was all very lovely!

The little explanation signs! The very comfortable bed. The lovely couch and fireplace in the living room. And the spa with the view!

Nothing comes to mind. However, our beautiful king bed’s wood footboard does extend beyond the width of both sides of the bed and it is easy to knock one’s knee if not careful.

The property is meticulously maintained, beautiful and well-appointed. It does not lack for amenities and the view is magical.

Nothing to dislike

Felt off grid even though it’s part of a semi rural community. Awesome facilities, love the idea of the property. Spectacular views and local access to Little Qualicum Falls was such a plus!

It was a little more difficult to get to then expected. My mistake, I did not consider impacts of the highway. Recomend looking at route prior to booking especially if coming from Tofino direction. No fault of owners or advert.

Perfect for.what we were after, one night stay between big days of travel. The bed was super comfy and facilities perfect.

The house is a dream - comfortable, clean, awesome terrace with a nice view and a hot tub for some rooms. Full kitchen, board games and very friendly hosts. The breakfast was good too. It takes about 30-60 min to get to Nanaimo or MacMillan Park.

Entry is through a subdivision and it does look like the driveway leads to another address, but if you know before that you're going to a private residence, it eases the trip!

Beautiful open space with lounge area and shared kitchen area. The rooms are spacious, inviting and the beds are so comfortable. Sean is so kind and helpful!

The house is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature and with a splendid view. The place is very comfortable and welcoming, all the equipment is of good quality. Sean and Daya are kind and respectful, available to answer questions or help, yet respecting privacy. There are plenty of trails/hikes around to go explore, and the coast is close with many villages/towns. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it without a doubt!

There had been a water shortage so there wasn’t much water pressure for a shower or washing hands , remote location 25 minute drive from the central area of Qualicum Beach, and difficult to find, especially at night time. It didn’t have a regular coffee maker or toaster . It had an espresso machine and air fryer . There were too many notes explaining what to do and what not to do.

The host helped me on the phone to find the location. It was not easy! The living/ sleeping area was spacious, clean , peaceful and private . We were the only ones staying there that night. Hot tub was nice !
