For such a new hotel which feels very luxurious they must have cut costs on sound proofing, we could hear every footstep and toilet flush above us.

The hotel was clean and modern and had great amenities, spacious well laid out room and was very clean.

The resort is beautiful and smells like a spa. The rooms are very comfortable and have a nice bathtub with separate toilets, which is appreciated. The staff was fantastic, so kind and helpful. The food at the resteraunt is amazing and very reasonably priced. My daughters were very happy to have room service while we dined at the resteraunt. Wonderful experience, and we are coming back for my mother's birthday. She loved it!

Balcony lacked privacy. The ocean view wasn’t quite what we were expecting. Ground around hot tub area is chipping and hurts the feet.

Hospitality. How welcoming and helpful all staff was. The pool, sauna, hot tub was great. The grounds were nice. Extremely welcoming and comfortable for our dog. Comfy room and beds

Great place to stay. Great restaurant, very nice pool/hot tub/ Sauna, beautiful exterior seating areas. We tried Velocity Golf driving range and that was great and very fun even on a rainy day.

The parking lot. Very confusing at night not sure which way is one way and you had to drive all the way around hotel if you missed the one turn.

It would be be nice if it was an oceanfront resort, because it definitely has everything else going for it.

By far the nicest hotel in Campbell River. The entire staff were so attentive and rooms and common areas are first rate.

Overpriced dinner, uncomfortable pillows. My in room phone was broken - I had to walk downstairs to order room service in the morning.

I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel. It is completely new and made in a very high standard. This hotel was a real surprise. I can only recommend.

Only 2 EV chargers, always in use. Very inadequate for a new hotel in 2024. Furniture in room very uncomfortable, poor design.

Breakfast was good, but choice was limited and some combinations a bit odd. Bathroom in room was nice and worked well.

An unwelcome surprise during check out. My bill was 17% higher than the final price of booking.com on my reservation notice. I did not take out any extras and the hotel manager was unable to explain the price difference. Upon arrival back home a few weeks later, booking.com solved this issue for me and provided compensation. Still, you do not expect these kind of surprises and the manager of Naturally Pacific Resort was not very helpful in addressing this issue on the spot. Would also be helpful to have stairs in the building (for normal use rather than only in emergencies) rather than only having to take the elevator.

Beautifully designed resort and an absolute pleasure to stay here. Spacious and well-decorated rooms, comfortable bedding, a pool, hot tub and sauna ... it's all there!
