The manager could have let the person that I booked the room for actually stay there ... wouldn’t even call me to verify his identity so I paid for a room that we never got to use and my brother was left out in the cold 🤬

The parking lot is small and difficult to park a truck, the bed was really hard and the cleanliness of the room could be way better. The bathroom ceiling was really spotted with yellow stains that could easily be cleaned, the stir stick for the coffee was already dirty even though we didn't use it.

The location was good, easy access to the main road. The linen on the bed was clean and the towels were ok too just old.

The main reason we stay at Motel 6 is because they're pet friendly without the fee. You could tell this one is a bit less pet-enthusiastic than the rest. There were no problems, yet if you're used to a nice pet relief area or getting a doggie bone and poop bag at check in, this isn't the place.

Definitely the cleanest hotel we've stayed at so far on this trip. The cleanest grounds and the cleanest rooms.

The office smelled. The rug in the office was disgusting. Parking was small. No grass outside the motel for dogs to go poo or pee. At check in, was told coffee and muffins at room next to the office. In the morning, was told no breakfast and no coffee due to covid. The night before we stayed in a motel 6 in Swift Current, SK and they served coffee, muffins and yogurt.

I had everything I needed in my suite. The kitchen was very well equipped. Loved the layout with the bedroom at the back of the suite as it was quiet. Lots of space in the suite which was great as I had my dog with me. Loved that there was no extra charge for pets, and having hard floors is great for pet-friendly rooms. Surprisingly quiet considering it’s on the main road through town. Would definitely stay here again.

We had to unplug the fridge because it was making a loud weird noise. We didn't have to use the fridge. So, it wasn't a big deal for us. We notified the front desk in the morning and carried on with our travels.

Room next to us was crazy loud. And weirdly their super loud music was booming through the electrical box at our headboard. We called the desk numerous times and the guy said he couldn’t hear anything. Finally my husband dressed and had him come to our room to hear for himself. He then asked them to keep it down. Soon after, they were slamming doors and banging in our door and window and then running off. Went on until 11:30.

Rooms were clean upon arrival. Check in was easy and quick. All staff were friendly. We had rooms next to each other on the ground floor and were able to visit each night and in the morning. The hotel was extremely busy but quiet. You could not hear who was in the next room at all. Will stay here again if I am ever in Cranbrook

The rooms are seriously gorgeous! Beautiful floors, kitchens with all the utensils and pots needed, and two separate bedrooms. It was very nice!

Too many men standing on the balconies smoking for hours on end. They didn't make noise at night, though, as I thought they would, so that was nice.
