We liked it all!

We were so pleased with our stay, this is the perfect location to stay prior to departing on a cruise ship. There is a food court attached to the property, so my grandson was able to get his McDonald's. Walking distance to other restaurants as well as downtown.

the restaurant downstairs for breakfast was not awesome. the food was pretty pricey but was not quite up to the level you would expect for the cost.

I had a great room looking east over the city and waterfront. the bed was extremely comfy and it was a great place to stay for a few days.

The usb charge ports in our room did not work.

The property was clean and the room had a great view. The beds were very comfortable and we liked that our room was centrally located to the trade and convention centre.

The night manager at 5 30 pm was excellent and avoided what could of been a sticky situation.

Unfortunately, the room was a bit noisy. We had a connecting door to the neighboring room that wasn’t well insulated, making conversations from the other side quite audible. Additionally, we could even hear sounds like the shower running from another adjoining room. The design of the restaurant, bar, and lobby felt somewhat dated, which might not appeal to guests looking for a more modern atmosphere.

Our stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver was overall very enjoyable. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, perfect for scenic walks along the harbor, through Stanley Park, and into Downtown Vancouver. One of the highlights was the stunning view from our room, overlooking the harbor and the lush greenery of Stanley Park. The room itself was very clean. The gym is well-equipped, though accessing it through a parking deck was slightly inconvenient. The pool area was another highlight, offering breathtaking views of the harbor while relaxing. Breakfast at the hotel was rich and varied, catering to different tastes. A big plus was the hotel’s flexibility and excellent service. Due to an unexpected situation—my husband breaking his leg while skiing—we had to adjust our travel plans. The hotel accommodated us seamlessly, allowing us to check in three days earlier than planned and ensuring we could stay in the same room. A special shoutout to doorman Peter, who truly went above and beyond to assist us. Not only did he provide a wheelchair free of charge, but when another guest accidentally broke my husband’s crutches, he made every effort to find a replacement in the hotel’s storage. His kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference during our stay.

The carpets seemed a bit old, but other than that no complaints.

The view was spectacular, view of downtown Vancouver as well as the harbour. It was beautiful, the rooms were very clean, service was spectacular. Definitely recommend this hotel. The hot tub and the heated pool with the view of the harbour was breathtaking

The elevators took quite a bit of time to arrive no matter the time of day and despite there being 4 of them.

At every opportunity to connect with staff was easily the best experience of any hotel in Vancouver I've experienced yet. The room was large, clean and beautiful with a gorgeous city view. Very convenient concierge services as well! Room service options were wonderful and the covered walkway to the convention center were also amazing and one of the main reasons this was booked to begin with. Overall, far exceeded my expectations. Will absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful view of the ocean and mountains from the 20th floor. We were upgraded to a bigger room which made me extremely happy. Comfortable beds. I appreciated the concierge service - I could ask every question I had easily by text. Starbucks in the building as well as countless great restaurants within close walking distance.

Decor is getting a bit tired despite it being very well maintained. It would be nice to have had fresh milk not crappy Delight brand of whitener for my morning coffee. At least there’s some great coffee shops within easing walking! Overall these are very small things. I like the hotel.
