Breakfast was very average. I was there for 6 days , same breakfast every day. Most of the time empty dishes. Rooms have distinct old carpet smell.

Location, reception staff. All staff members were super nice except the breakfast server named Kate not sure about her name , was very rude and unprofessional.

Breakfast, one server I think her name was Kate very rude and zero hospitality experience. Almost same breakfast everyday in the adjacent restaurant Morsey.

Location not good ..homeless area. Basic supplies in room ..eg ..no wine glasses .only paper cups ..had to ask for a kettle no drying towel for dishes Have to wash dishes in bathroom /toilet as no sink ..very unhygienic

The reception at the front desk was friendly and helpful. For some reason, they upgraded my room, which was nice. The only low point i discovered was that sounds travel easily through the walls, making it a bit difficult to sleep well. Other than that, all else was fine. Good location, too.

When we booked hotel, it mentioned breakfast for extra $9 fee. It failed to mention that breakfast was at a next door restaurant, which was Not open on January 1st. So no breakfast at Hotel. Luckily Subway was open and had breakfast sandwiches. Parking was extra $35 charge. The noise at street, because it was New Years eve.

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was big. Bedroom was small. Parking closeby.

The self-service laundry is not always available. Walking on the street nearby can see drug addict and/or smell marijuana from time to time. This is of course not the hotel but the Vancouver city is to blame, but I just cannot have positive opinions toward a location with plenty of drug addict nearby. I would not recommend any of my family nor friends to visit the Vancouver city as it is full of drug addict and takes a tolerable attitude towards drug/marijuana. I had a rather nice memory of Vancouver during my last visit roughly ten years ago, but today's Vancouver is really disappointing.

The breakfast is great. The staff is kind and willing to help. The room is warm and the wifi is excellent.

Having hot water for a morning shower would have been nice.

Great price mid week and good parking. Room was nice and quiet with everything I needed. No hot water in the morning till after 9AM was not good. They apologized, but still not nice.

It is a sketchy neighbourhood with homeless people but they kept to themselves so I felt relatively safe. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast as even with a discount, it was still expensive. The note when I booked indicated Breakfast was included which technically it was, but not really.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I did feel welcomed and that being there was important to the them! The location was great! room size a bit small but OK. The bed and settings were good and quiet!

Parking lot for your vehicle is hard to find at first, nothing on the website stating the access to the parking lot is down a back alley
