Check-in took a very long time. When I arrived there was a line in front and very quickly a line behind me.

The staff were very helpful. My room was quiet despite there being many guests on the floor. The bed was very comfortable.

Could hear people closing doors hard , bathroom door in my room was very hard to close , so i can only assume that was the loud door closing sounds i was hearing from other rooms.

Staff was very friendly, free buffet style breakfast included with stay, swimming pool was a great size, kept my grand daughter busy and happy. Room was a great size and very nice.

We booked a room with two queens, were given a room with two double beds. Raised this issue by text and at the counter, no compensation was offered. The pool had very poor lighting, bad enough that it felt like a major safety issue. Not happy with the location/neighbourhood. There were several homeless people outside of our window, and several unsavory looking people hanging out near the main doors, one of whom was wearing a swastika arm band. Not exactly welcoming as a Jewish guest.

Staff were friendly, and everything was clean and comfortable. The coffee maker and fridge worked well and were convenient. Can't think of anything else I liked.

Our room wasn’t the cleanest. Food on the wall, the bed skirts and curtains. Our room had very slow drains so when showering the tub filled with water.

Walking distance to many restaurants and Tim Hortons.

The bed was broken and I lay in it and fell to the floor , and the other bed also had stains and was very loud when you moved in it , needless to say we didn’t get any sleep , the restaurant was slow and our food was cold before we got it , the waitress said she was preparing food for room service , inappropriate music playing .

I was liking the shower pressure until I look up and notice the ceiling all stained and mouldy

We were put in an out of order room for no reason. There were two other similar rooms available. Mold in bathroom, no shower curtain, seemed to be people loitering constantly around front of entrance smoking.

The pool was over done with chlorine and no jets on the move the water also it was very cool did not stay in very long at all . Could smell the chlorine on the 3 rd and 4 th floor. When trying to cancel last day due to change.of plans they would not give any money back was told had to deal with booking .com when I tried to do so it was to late to do so because the raddison wouldn't help. The parking spaces were not enough for the size of place had to park off site

Our room came equipped with a plunger. Every time we used the bathroom, we had to plunge the toilet. When we called the front desk we got no answer. Had to go down to the desk in person and when we told them of the situation all they did was offer the use of a plunger which we already had been doing. The room did not smell clean. The bathroom smelled of urine. There was mild/mildew in the shower. The shower leaked through the curtain all over the bathroom floor no matter what we did to prevent it. We don’t pay good money to stay in a hotel to have to act as their plumber

Everything else. Sketchy area, thought it may have changed since 10yrs ago.... Nope. Rooms doors were all misaligned.

All Staff was fantastic. Guess pool....but didn't have time to use.

The area - my husband was approached by men who lifted their shirt indicating a gun on arrival. Pet friendly rooms are absolutely not pet friendly. Staff were not knowledgeable. The floors were dirty.

The window dress were RAGS ! The restaurant meal was very bad soup , a good club house sandwich and very lovely waitress.
