I didn't like that our room was on the bottom and the last in a very long hallway. The pool didn't have towels they run out and didn't keep it full. Some kids were in the pool without supervision and were way to loud for people who wanted a quite swim. Not enough spaces to hang towels for a family of 4. I would notice a five minute sign back at front desk and usually a line. They also didn't keep the coffee and hot water refreshed at the lobby.

The air-conditioning was very loud. There was limited choice of dishes for breakfast. Not enough fruit, no oatmeal.

It was a good size room, pretty comfortable beds, spacious washroom. Location was good.

We parked in the parking lot attached as indicated by a big sign. Then to an elevator where there was a button to push for front desk entry. Nobody answered. After five minutes we wandered and ended up in an empty mall, then a sketchy back alley then a ten minute walk to the front of the hotel. A bad way to start.

Would be nice to of had chairs on the deck outside our room. Pool was nice but again you need more chairs for inside and outside. Nothing to sit on.

We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool water was perfect temperature and the pool area was clean as well.

We have stayed during Covid, so really enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast buffet. We very much appreciate brining back breakfast. It was enjoyable.

The thing we didn't like was the area around the hotel. We couldn't be comfortable going for a walk and were advised to leave absolutely nothing in our car as breakins in this area were happening all the time. Street people everywhere.

The garbage cans outside the entrance were just overflowing. Spots on the floor in the lobby. These are not welcoming traits. Garbage in parking lot etc. Gross stains on the upholstering of the furniture in our room. (340)

Excellent bed and bedding. Overall nice decor. Nice breakfast. Nice service in French in the restaurant. Sudbury has a 30 % French population. Nice little fridge etc. in room.

-Staff seemed untrained and overwhelmed/annoyed 👎 -Fire alarms went off during our visit and we were told it's a normal occurrence... 🚨 -Rooms we're not fully cleaned and sort of gross, found used wrappers 🗑️ -Hallways stink of pets and smoke(Avoid the 1st floor) 🤢 -Overall this is just terrible value for the money you pay💲
