I didn’t like the knocking dripping sound all night I didn’t like that the toilet didn’t flush unless you held down the knob until the flush was finished as well as the bathroom door stuck and had to be forced shut

The hotel was very dirty and stinky, the pool was closed, staff were extremely rude, room was disgusting, none of the plugs worked in the room, the carpet by the window was completely soaked and wet, the sheets were all ripped, parking is in the mall underground, they didn’t explained where to go, and theres no proper signage. Walked 30 mins until we found a security guard in the mall who showed us where to go, and the entrance was broken so had to ring the doorbell and had to wait several mins to be let in, and the list goes on… not only that. I stay 1 night and they charged me for 1 night and $100 deposit and a few days later they charged me another night. The front desk said they didn’t charge me twice.

Many bug bites, poor quality food, pool was out of order, crackheads roaming in groups around the hotel.

The AC worked and I had a parking pass included.

Hotel looks like never got any updates after it was built 40-50 years back. Rooms smell like someone was smoking in there. Everything is so dated, did not expected that when booked it. Not worth the money.

Breakfast was OK nothing special about it. Location is also not bad.

Key card did not work if you put it by your phone - so had to continuously go to the desk - staff not friendly, we felt dirty staying there and would never return

We went to our room after spending over 10 hours on the road, tired just looking for a clean comfortable room to spend the evening/ night, I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they are without a doubt double beds, I have a queen bed at home, and it's definitely bigger. I went to the bathroom and lifted the lid and there was someone else's pee and poop still in the toilet, hairs on the rim and some brown stain on the floor behind the toilet. Then later I tried to take a shower and also not clean, I found someone's hair in there also, felt like I was in a dirty public bathroom. The man at the front desk the next morning apologized and said he would pass this information along to management so hopefully no one else has this experience.

Bed too small, extractor in bathroom didn’t work, parking inadequate and unsafe, restaurant doesn’t answer the phone when you want to order 15 mins before they close (but that’s when we arrived after much delay, just to be left hungry). Breakfast had nothing gluten free

Location and dîner menu limited to chicken & pasta (no Steak or porc on menu.) But fôd was very good and reasonable.

All good, a little overpriced and hard to get to. Dont rely on google map to find the route to entrance.... Get directions from hotel web site.

No problems. Carpets in the corridors were strange patterns which made them look faded.

Generous sized room with good facilities. Hot water and good shower facility. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Beds very comfortable. Close to restaurants in town and short drive to good supermarket. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool available but changing rooms were closed when we were there. Within walking distance of a few restaurants.

The ceiling in the bathroom was torn and moldy. The shower facet where the water comes out was full of smudge. When we talked to the front desk they didn't seem concerned about it.

It was dirty with stained sheets. There were drug addicts hanging out around the property going through the garbage and begging for money. The Pesto restaurant was horrible! I ordered Chicken Parm which was burnt and the pasta was like mush. On the second day there I asked for an extra blanket. Housekeeping left me a blanket with a stain on it despite me leaving a good tip with the request.
