The room itself, while very clean had a very cold, and sparse decor. But the main thing is the hallway. My adult kids said it looked like a scene out of the haunted mansion.
The room was very clean. Carpet was a commercial grade and also very clean. Towels were fluffy.

Service tech had to turn off the built in heater as even though it was in the off position it still generated heat. Room service staff were exceptional and front of house team were excellent.

The room was to the back and very quiet especially in the middle of the week - we could hear other people in the hallway during the weekend, but the room was still quiet to sleep in so it didn't get noisy. There was a lot of room in the underground parkade, which a lot of guests didn't seem to know about. The staff were very friendly, the maintenance guy had to come in a couple of times and was helpful and nice to talk to.

The beds were clean and comfortable, and the room had lots of space. The room in general was amazing. No problems. The view from the balcony was wonderful, and I could see plenty of mountains. The showers were clean, running water. The hotel was good, the staff were professional. The distance from the hotel to downtown and other stores and restaurants was amazing. The parking was convenient, and there was lots of space.

There were people partying /street noise till about 3 in the morning outside our room - which faced the street. It just happened to be a Friday night!
The beds /bedding/pillows were very comfortable! I really like the shampoos and soaps - very good quality! Windows could open for fresh air!
