5-Stars! Quiet and Beautiful! My wife and I really enjoyed our September 2024 stay at the Reef Point Oceanfront Bed and Breakfast in Ucluelet. Dian was a great host and had everything ready for us upon our arrival. The location and serenity of the B&B made for a very relaxing four-day stay. Walking out the door of the B&B and down the steps leading to the water and seeing a bald eagle each morning was a real delight. Our host Dian also kept us supplied with homemade granola, baked muffins, and everything we needed for a good breakfast to start the day. This was our first visit to Vancouver Island and had considered staying in Tofino, but during our stay we visited Tofino for a day…and after returning to the Reef Point B&B we were happy that we decided to stay in Ucluelet! The location of Dian’s Reef Point B&B is a much quieter location and located just a few minutes from the town and restaurants and shops in Ucluelet. We were very happy with the location of Dian’s B&B. Thanks Dian! Sorry I ate so much of your granola! ;-)

The only suggestion of something to add would be a yoga matt.

The breakfast was excellent. The added touches were a nightlight in the bathroom, a britta filtered water container in the fridge and binoculars on a shelf by the glass door.

It's about a 15-minute walk into town. We liked having a little distance which ensured the peace and quiet, but others might want to be a little closer to restaurants and cafes.

The B&B has a great location, just a couple of minutes from the beach and a number of hiking trails along the peninsula coast. It directly looks out onto a beautiful cove and has excellent views of the water and surrounding cliffs. The hosts could not have been nicer and more committed to ensuring we had a great stay.

The location is Beautiful, very nice view of the water from the room and all of the decks. I don't think it would matter what time of the year you stayed there will always be something to see or do. We walked from our room to the lighthouse loop. Watch for Deer we came within 10 feet of a buck on the sidewalk.

Nothing I didn’t like at all, other than leaving!

The views were simply incredible! Photos just don’t do justice to looking out to sea and watching all weathers from amazing sunsets to fog rolling in. It’s like your own little private hideaway and just so special. The bed was super comfy, the location was great. I honestly can’t fault anything. On top of that, the hosts Dian and Brian were absolutely lovely. They gave us so many tips about where to go, armed us with bear spray (now 4 weeks into our trip it’s thankfully still not been used but still with us!) and filled us with delicious home made muffins. They couldn’t have been nicer, even posting on bits we accidentally left behind.

It’s not a typical BnB where you come together for served breakfast and to mingle with other guests. The upside is you have freedom to eat at leisure with a selection of fresh foods & bevies. Missed a protein like eggs or cheese, but homemade granola & muffins were tasty and plentiful.

The vie is spectacular, the bed and shower very good. Spaciousness and ability to do a load of laundry. Hosts were helpful and informative.

The setting and view were exceptional. You couldn't ask for a better situated locale.

Wonderful accommodation in stunning setting. Private decks and the hot tub overlooking the bay were just brilliant. Lovely breakfast ingredients including fresh fruit - and everything topped up whenever you wanted it. Dian and Brian are great hosts - very welcoming and helpful.

Great continental breakfast. Dian gave us choices for fruit. We did buy eggs and scrambled them in the microwave. If we had asked, she probably would have given us the eggs.

The hosts made us feel welcome upon arrival. Our suite had a private entrance. We enjoyed the privacy of the suite, the ocean front setting, the features of the suite, and the access to the hot tub. Breakfast was ideal for our likes and needs and included homemade granola, fresh locally baked bread, as well as fresh fruit and yogurts. We were able to walk to trails and to restaurants in Ucluelet from the property.

A stunning location, waking up to the sound of the ocean was magical. The property is of an extremely high standard with great attention to detail. Everything you could possibly need has been provided. The breakfast basket was delicious with home made goodies! Dina snd Brian made us very welcome and were available to answer any questions but didn’t intrude at all. I would highly recommend this property.
