The room was drenched in light at night - white spotlights bleeding through the curtain and orange light pouring in through the bathroom and the window at the back of the room which just had a thin blind

The place was easy to find and well located. It was right on the beach and with a lovely walk on the other side of the road outside. It was only a few minutes to drive into Osoyoos, but it was also a pleasant 10 minute walk. It was also located 2 minutes walk from a very good coffee shop with delicious croissants! The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't have much to do with the staff - everything was handled via emails and texts. But they were very responsive and I was never left wondering for very long.

Didn't like the bright wifi booster that was o.n all night and a $300.00 fine if it was unplugged. There was a high frequency sound all night as well. A lot of silver fish I. The bathtub in the morning that I had to rinse down the drain.

The motel's answering machine states that the front desk is unavailable after 5 pm which is strange for a motel. However, when we had difficulties, they were taken care of quickly and professionally.

The hotel room was good value for the money. We had a plumbing issue in the room but the staff were very quick to respond and moved us to a different room. The location is great with stores and restaurants nearby.

Although the room itself was perfect, the outside of the property was dated and run down. The lock on the door was not very reliable. The room had a mini oven but there was no suitable cookware provided - only a full set of saucepans with handles which were of no use with the oven. Unable to report this due to restricted office opening hours.

The room was clean and in excellent condition. Convenient beachside location and excellent view of the lake.

I would have preferred the queen bed in the other bedroom - away from the bright light outside the window.

Nice beach access a short walk from the town center. We had the apartment overlooking the beach with a beautiful view of the lake and a large patio.

Roommate kept hitting head on shelf installed in area above single bed. Exterior of building needs some love. No fan in bathroom.

Great location with the lake pretty much on either side of the building. Nice price and private beach right there. Simple yet nice room with recent updates.

The name and photos on booking.com were misleading. This is an old beachfront motel, not a resort. The kitchen is 1 square meter. The bathroom is off the kitchen. There aren’t enough outlets. A fuse was blown when we used the kettle and microwave at the same time. The air conditioner was noisy.

The location and the staff were great. The private beachfront deck off of the 2 bedroom unit was very nice.

Hotel in ok condition. Bed not comfortable at all. Front desk only open between 11 and 1pm if you need anything. Checked in and out without seeing anyone.

The beach and common areas were dirty. There was trash on the beach that nobody picked up. There were no garbage cans for people to use. So some of the less caring guests just left a mess. Property needs to hire someone to clean the beach and common areas. They seemed under staffed.

The room was clean and nice. The lake/beach is shallow and great for kids. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Place was badly in need of some paint and renovation. Laundry was out of order and AC unit was 30 years old and loud af but worked okay

No one available at office until 10 a.m. Extremely inconvenient when you need something! Even on the long weekend. Unsettling, I needed a spare key to get in my room and I was screwed 🙃
