Not a lot of options in the buffet. Even if it was safe the corridor looked like it replicated a horror movie. Adding some plants a little bit would help better the place.

We were not informed beforehand that the pool was closed. Which is something we were looking forward to doing. The sign on the wall for breakfast states 7am-10am but was not up to date. Even though it was mentioned at checkout that the time was till 9am, we had forgot and saw it posted on the wall. Ended up missing breakfast which is also something we were planning on doing

The balcony was easy to put stuff into the car since we could back right up to the room. There wasn’t a lot of noise.

The bath was clogged and the room was not very clean. The pool was not very clean as well and some tiles were off place. This is dangerous.

We had to pay for Parking:( I believe we should park for free. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was cordial and nice. It is well located.

You can't open the windows. Breakfast is quite weak, no veggies at all, limited options. You can't take at least coffee out of the breakfast area.

Breakfast time could have been extended to 10am as noted by the sign on the door. Not fun having to scramble to get to the breakfast room before 9am. While there were 3 people in our room, we had to constantly ask for an extra washcloth, toilet tissue, towel. We should not have had to do so. We never did get the extra washcloth. Otherwise our stay was fine.

Room was clean and breakfast was good. It was quiet. The inn was in the perfect location for us in terms of where we wanted to go each day.

staff wasn’t helpful, even gave false info on restaurants. The hotel charges 20$ for parking and “sells” this as also valid for a lot near the falls. that is also false, because the actual address of said lot is 40 min by foot from the attraction.

I had an information before coming, that they have a sauna near the swimming pool and that the hours of breakfast is 7 to 10. in the reality sauna didn't work and breakfast was 7 to 9. also they took service fee 5,65 CAD when you come(why????) likely I was without a car, because they also took 20CAD extra for parking 🤦🏼.

The sauna was out of order and the pool felt a bit dated with some missing tiles on the pool floor. And we had to get staff to let us in the pool area because the room cards did not work.

The room was nice. We loved that the balcony door could be opened so we could hear the river rapids and watch the hawks fly around. The breakfast was decent with a few good hot items and the stairs weren't bad to climb. It was clean and as expected.
